My gf has been going to this guy fit the last 5 years.
Her and our daughter Courtney love this place and they've been to a few so.
When they say it's Awesome it truly is.
The manipedi they usually choose gives them so much pleasure and time that you can actually tell they care about what they do.
I don't know what Karen's that rate it 1 star have to complain about. Maybe it's jealousy of us long term loyal repeat customs and the treatment we get!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. My girlfriend got home from receiving service from this chop shop nail salon with her nail looking like this. She had acrylic nails done with them prior and she wanted to remove this set because her fake nail had popped off one of her fingers and her natural nails were growing long underneath because when they did her first set they didn't trim her natural nail, so she wanted to get a new set start over and trim her nails for the new set. During the removal process rather than soaking the nail to remove it the nail tech got another fake nail she had in her kit and used that to dig under her nails to remove the acrylic nails making it an uncomfortable/painful experience. After she dug into my gfs thumb tho she ended up hurting her natural nail, making it look like the photo. And we're assuming the owner of the chop shop came up to her and told her it was actually her fault she got them removed too soon. She had gotten a fill with them 2/26 and it doesn't matter a removal shouldn't have this result, they can't justify ripping the nails off her for the removal process, rather than soaking them off and followed with a drill like she usually gets done. She wanted to leave and not finish removing the acrylic off the other hand but the nail tech insisted and did it the proper way. Soaking it, followed with the drill. (Even still they didn't finish the job with that, they did a half job on it) During that process rather than being apologetic multiple people came up to her telling her the same thing it was her fault she got them removed too soon and to get dip instead next time. They're the "professionals" if they felt this way inform her. After this they still ended up charging her for the service and when she was walking out the owner told her "get dip nail instead next time". When she got home, I saw what happened, I immediately called the business asking why they charged her for the service when her nail looked the way it did and he kept yelling at me to come to his shop (like he was challenging me to a fight? Was definitely a strange way for an owner to handle this situation) he also said that they only charged her for labor for removing the nail. And that my gf insisted on getting her nails done so it's her fault (she walked in the previous day and made an appointment, they got the date set. That's insisting?) . If they had informed her, it's still too soon let's not go through with this. She wouldn't argue with them. I don't understand how they can justify it's her fault and still charge her for the service,. They don't care for their clients safety.

Let these pictures speak for itself. There are air bubbles and hair on my gel nails. They took 6 mins max to do these mediocre nails. Just stay home or book somewhere else other than here.

Customer service wasn’t the nicest. They had an issue when I kindly said I didn’t want the spa treatment when going in for pedicure and manicure. Gel polish wasn’t even fully dry and was bubbling. Told them repeatedly I didn’t want gelAnd they insisted on giving me gel so much so that they stopped mid scrubbing my nails to have me pay and charge me extraFor the service I didn’t ask for. The nails were all crooked. I went back within days of getting them fixed. The guy proceeded to question what was wrong and I pointed everything out and they still “fixed” two nails and threw regular nail polish over the gel. Never going back.Forgot to mention that the guy cut four of my cuticles when using the cuticle shaper thing

MAN WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! So first when I pulled up I was a little thirsty, so I headed over to the water jug with a few cucumbers in it. And you want to know what I found inside this water. BLACK MOLD, I swear to god if this place doesn't get new water I will be so mad and never return. And if you thought that was the worst part then let me tell you. Imagine trying to tell the worker that you want a manicure when they DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND BLIND!!! These people DESTROYED MY FEET just wait till my lawyer hears this!

This place has taken over VIP nails. And they are amazing! Clean friendly and most importantly good at nails! I am PICKY when it comes to my nails and Trish is where it's at! This is my new salon. I won't go anywhere else around here. Open on SUNDAY. Color selection is amazing.
