“The Firestone in Hadley MA is by far the best one I have gone to! I live near 2 other Firestones, but will travel to Hadley to have them work on my vehicles. The staff is friendly, you are fully acknowledged when you walk in and they always remembers your name and they go above and beyond to help with your vehicle. The mechanics are fanstastic, I have never had any issues with the work I have had done on multiple vehicles. I recommend this location for all of your automotive needs!!!!”

“Mike is an amazing mechanic and a great person! I had a problem with my car and I told him what I thought was wrong with it, fixing that problem would have cost over $500. When Mike looked at the problem it turned out to be a relatively simple fix and only cost about $100. He could have charged me a lot more if he made unnecessary fixes and I wouldn’t have known but he did the right thing. Great guy! Best mechanic in town!”
