“Don't listen to anyone who says anything bad about the staff. They work really hard to deliver good service across the board. Despite being chronically short staffed the crew of this store delivers first class service 6 days a week.”

“Absolutely amazing thrift store with exceptionally kind, helpful employees. They encourage you to dig around and take your time to really find the good stuff. Albeit, it's a little small, it's wonderful nonetheless. There's soft lighting, and the employees can relate to you and are a pleasure to be around. It's a warm, welcoming environment, compared to places like the Goodwill. There's no extreme seriousness, loudness and harshness like a chain thrift store. They don't expect much out of you either, other than common courtesy, to be careful around the glass stuff, and to pick up if you make a mess. They have a wonderful selection of different things, ranging from clothing, to hardware tools, to CDs/DvDs and board games, and all in-between. By far, the best thrift shop I've ever been into. And did I mention they donate to local charities too? Everytime I've gone, it's been an all around wonderful experience. If you have sensory issues, with things like harsh lighting, and loud, crowded places, then this is the place for you. It's a fantastic place. 1000000/10 I'm always telling people to try and shop here if they're in the area.”

“Small selection, but they get new stuff on the regular and the manager is extremely nice. It's very small, so when it's busy it's very hard to move around, but the best prices of any thrift store I’ve been to. Feels like one of the last true thrift stores out there.”

“The best thrift store around by far! With very fair prices, well-curated items, and an incredible team providing great customer service, I am consistently amazed by the value I find here. It's evident that the store's management takes pride in ensuring customers have a wonderful shopping experience. I left with a bag full of high-quality items that would have cost me significantly more elsewhere. It was a win-win situation for my pocket, the environment and a great cause. You won't be disappointed!”

“This is my favorite thrift store in the area! Their prices are always very reasonable. It's a small, clean store with a well organized selection of quality clothes- almost every piece feels like "oh my god I cant believe I found this!".The ladies who volunteer here are the absolute sweetest. They make my day better every time I go in!”

“Great thrift store. Have a large book selection and large bins of blankets/sheets/pillowcases etc which are great for fabric thrifting. As of Dec 2022 they still don't have the dressing rooms open due to covid. So you can't try anything on. Thats probably the only bad thing about this place. Staff are very nice and are willing to show/talk to you about the stuff behind the counter without feeling like you're putting them out :). They also have nice new card systems so you can tap to pay. Super convenient.”

“I’ve been coming here for years. The parking situation is tough because of king street. The store is newly renovated and looks nice. It’s a smaller store so don’t expect a large variety. Often there is a good selection of things but other times very bare bones. It really depends on when you come to the store. I’ve gotten clothes for a wedding here that looked great. Some nice dish wear. A football. Some Christmas decorations. And 2 pairs of men’s shoes, as well as some art. Don’t expect to find treasure every time, but sometimes you get lucky. I’d recommend it to people who live near by.”

“We didn’t realize there was a goodwill here. I stopped in on a whim with my partner and we found a lot. Two pairs of vintage boots and jeans. Staff helped my partner find an outfit. No dressing rooms but there are at least mirrors. Thank you for your help!”

“I was Googling Roz's to see what time they were open until when I saw all the recent negative reviews. I just felt like I had to chime in. I have been coming to Roz's since 2005, when I was in high school. I don't go all the time, but stop in every couple months or so. I have always had nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone there, and find the employees to be nice and helpful. They have a really cool selection and great deals. The shop dog, Morgan, is also always a treat to see. In my time coming here over nearly 2 decades now, I have always found everyone to be kind and patient with me as a customer. I do not mean to disparage anyone's experience they've had, but I just wanted to toss my own opinion out there. I really love this place and seeing all of the negativity made me sad, whether it was warranted or not.”
