I love this store especially around Christmas they decorate the store so nicely. Plus they are the only store I know of that still sells Hallmark ornaments and Hallmark Christmas snoopy stuff (I'm a collector) they also have A LOT of neat stuff even though the store is small they have it packed with SO much cool stuff! The staff is excellent very helpful and super nice. Will be returning for some gifts.

A cute store. Has a variety of items to choose from. My only complaint is they have carts...that you can't "legally put your child into" since it is not attached. So, I had to carry my 9-month-old son around while pushing a cart. It might be a wise decision to build a "child-safe" cart for Moms. Holiday shopping is stressful enough, especially with little ones.

If you’re a POC don’t even bother applying to work here. Manager of the store is very unprofessional and very rude to associates who are 3x younger than her. She wants the associates to work hard and focus on customers, but the majority of her shift is usually spent in the back room doing absolutely nothing and when she is out on the floor, do you think she’s selling? Absolutely not. the only minority to work in this store and was expected to work twice as hard as my counterparts. Had one of the managers make multiple racially incentive comments like “girl I’ll slap the black off you” in a “sassy tone” with at least two employees to witness this. Would also recommend some sensitivity training perhaps. Was hired to replace a manager with No training WHATSOEVER but they will turn around and make it seem like it’s your fault that you didn’t get the training you needed, AND asked for. They ended up rehiring the person I replaced so she could help train me but she never did and when I brought this up as a concern it was brushed off.The Store manager has absolutely no concept of boundaries, and has shared with the whole staff intimate details of her personal life Like her divorce, and all of the reasons why she was divorcing her husband. Asked for Sunday’s off so I could spend time with my grandmother who was failing with dementia but was told it wouldn’t be fair and that there’s a rotation for the managers, BUT one of the managers absolutely refused to work weekends or holidays and that was okay (there was also never a fair rotation). Which I can understand why seeing that the store manager is now dating one of her friends.All around wouldn’t recommend anyone working here period if you want to live a peaceful life. Awful company,Awful store location, and most of all awful management.

If you’re looking to purchase a gift for someone here (they had a lot of cute stuff) be sure to save the receipt (and give it to the recipient!)I wanted to exchange 2 gifts that I received duplicates of and you might have thought I was looking to exchange a car. “What was the person’s name that purchased it? What’s their zip code? Do they have a rewards card?” Seriously? First, it was a gift and this is a store that specialized in gifts. Second, The retail value of the first item was $28 dollars and I started the conversation by saying I was hoping to exchange it for a different one. I was eventually offered a store credit but only after I told the associate “never mind, I’ll just throw it away”. And people wonder why customers shop online instead....

Very friendly and helpful. I was looking for two of a specific ornament which weren't on the sales floor. They took the time to go to the backroom and search for and found them for me.
