This store is convenient to me - & I always find the staff to be very helpful. When I can't remember the number for the ink cartridge I want, staff can look up what I bought the last time.

Very friendly and courteous staff at the Hadley, MA store. The layout of the store is being changed again and I couldn't find what I was looking for. The very efficient staff was very pleased to help me and I appreciated that. I look forward to going back.

Usually I have a good experience going into staples but when I went in staples to ask for help with the copy machine a girl (small, skinny with really curly hair) that works in that section refused to help me. She had a bad attitude yelling at me from the other side of the counter saying I wasn't the only one that needs help. I was their before any other customer and all I needed was help with the scanner I'm an olderly lady that really don't know how to work the machine. Also was paying in cash and she just refused to help me. Their was a lot of witnesses and everyone was shocked. Some nice lady that was printing her own things helped me with the scanner. Never in my years going into this staples did I experienced this type of unprofessionalism.

Alex, an employee at the printer area is absolutely rude. Doesn't know how to speak to customers. if he's going to be working at a place with people he should learn how to talk to people. Wasn't even just me that he had an attitude with but even an elderly lady that was asking him a question and my boyfriend. He should be fired.

It's not the staff's fault, we are all overworked by these types of corporations, but I had a computer problem. I have a lot of work to do before tomorrow morning and I need to buy computer. I need certain requirements so I called ahead which was not easy and asked very specifically if I can ask the type of computers they have available because I don't want to drive out here again. I've been told in the past everything's in stock and they arrive and nothing's in stock so I just want to make sure I'm not going to waste fuel driving 45 minutes.I was specifically told they have a lot of extra stock because of Christmas so I won't have a problem so I made the drive. I waited 35 minutes to ask for help in purchasing a computer. I had money in hand, and of course almost nothing was in stock.It's sad that we have to accept this type of service in almost every work of our lives nowadays.

Horrible print experience. Arrived at 12 pm and was told the two posters I wanted will be ready in 30 mins. First was told that it will be delayed for one hour. Then was told it will be ready before the store closes. When we arrived at the store before it closes, the staff didn't even remember to print our posters and said it will be ready tmr instead. Be careful if you have urgent items to print.
