Melvyn and Kristian were so knowledgable, patient and helpful when we came in to switch over our phones from Xfinity to T-Mobile. They took care of everything from porting over numbers to explaining the intricacies of the account. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the process - going the extra mile to make sure our family was all set up. We won't hesitate to use this T-Mobile location again because of Melvyn and Kristian. They are two of the best customer service professionals we've ever met. Thank you so much!!

Selecting and buying a new phone; transferring data from the old one; doing a factory reset on my old phone in order to turn it in for a rebate -- this all seemed so overwhelming until I went to the Hadley TMobile store. Maria and Mark were incredibly helpful, patient and kind and took care of everything! Thanks TMobile for hiring exceptional employees.

Vinny is amazing! This store has the greatest customer service !! Vinny helped fix an issue yesterday that had nothing to do with his store or T mobile, he made multiple phone calls and fixed everything! I can't even explain the stress he saved us! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Vinny is my hero!

Our experience at the T-Mobile store in Hadley, MA, was fantastic. Dessirre and Kristan were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and coverage. They guided us through the entire sign-up, setup, and cancellation process with our previous provider. Additionally, they helped us transition our Netflix account and internet smoothly. Despite initial expectations of a challenging process, the team made it surprisingly easy. I'm thoroughly impressed with Dessirre and Kristan – thank you both for a job well done!

Mark seems to think he works for TSA or as a correction officer. The level of blatant hostility and passive aggression he displayed was one for the record books. Wanted to get a t mobile phone plan, but after homie, verbalized his dissatisfaction with the fact that I “ keep looking out the window “ I new it was my cue to leave, but not b4 getting his name, thanking him for his honesty, and politely reminding him that his communication style is not how customer service works. I must concur with the previous reviews, this place is beyond WACK!

Honestly the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Finally joined the dark side and got a iPhone. They answered all of my questions and even gave me a run through. The managers were awesome… they helped their employees with our complicated transfer. Just a great atmosphere. Thanks again!

Please don't come here! Trashy customer service! Worst place ever! Scammers!!!! My husband and I recently traded our phone, got a new iPhone, and purchased a case and screen protector, which the Hispanic chunkier lady told me included an unlimited replacement when it broke. I went back after a couple of months to claim my replacement since my screen protector broke, the lady was not there, and there’s this guy named Zeus or whatever who acted so snotty and as if we were crazy. We are only going there since that’s what we were told in the first place.And also, we trade our phones, and they did not do their only job to do the paperwork for the trade-in, and we receive a bill double the amount of our plans. We also get watches, and the only reason we got them was because we were told they came for free with the plan. But no, we also end up paying with the watches! Worst T-Mobile place ever!

Marie and Desiree helped me today in the Hadley Mass store on Rte 9. (They were amazing.) I've had T-Mobile for almost 20 years now and just three phones. The service is affordable and exceptionally professional. T-Mobile offers the best services in the mobile phone business.

I have owned mobile devices since they have been invented, I have had other carriers and had to deal with the worst customer service. T MOBILE’s Carlson Abel helped our family port over 5 lines, (across the USA) troubleshooting every aspect of how this works, gave us the best possible deal, discounts and more, he even checked in with us on how our service was and caught a billing mistake and fixed it ahead of it hitting our billing cycle. T MOBILE Hadley delivered on the verbal promise of the deal and the service most importantly, it’s been terrific. Thank you, Carlson!

I came to the Hadley T Mobile store with a locked phone that I just had purchased when switching over to T Mobile. When I activated the phone I forgot to input a password code. I used only a finger recognition. When I tried to restart the phone I could not do it because a password code was necessary. So I had to bring the phone back to factory settings.Carlson initially greeted me and worked with me for a hour to get the Samsung 23 unlocked and the data reloaded. He was very diligent and professional getting the data loaded. The other staff members, Kai and Maria also assisted.If all companies had staff and professionalism like these individuals in the corporate world of retail, we would all be better off in the economy.I thank T Mobile for hiring staff like those and hope the rest of the stores accommodate customers as well as them.I was so impressed that I bought the store pizza!!Todd C.

Staff were very rude and felt like I was being a hassle to them. Added on a $20 monthly protection fee without my knowledge or permission. Would not return to this location ever again.
