I ❤️ this Pride station the employees are always so kind, & helpful. They greet you with a smile on the way in & ask if there is anything else you need before you leave. They genuinely seem happy to see us come in. Great customer service!

We were just traveling through town and needed assistance. The staff was so so so so helpful & kind! I got the last Chester's super tender for the night and it was so big and so juicy. It had a little bit of a spicy kick to it. I would definitely get it again. Bathroom clean and there was even an Amazon pick up station. Great place. Huge from what I expected with dining area.

your mask policy in your Springfield location is ridiculous and your associate's very rude in enforcing it it was their attitude that made me refuse to wear one and leave the store your policy is completely inconsistent and nonsensical I can stand at the fuel desk and pay $600 for fuel without a mask but I can't pay for a soda at the front counter cuz I don't have a mask or I can go 5 miles your Chicopee location or 20min to Hartford where I will not be spoken to like a child or rudely demanded to put a face diaper on while people are at the tables milling all around the store not wearing a mask but not required to because they are patrons of the restaurant I guess IDK. so a tip of the fedora to your Springfield associates and your nonsensical policy they just lost your company over 10K a week in fuel sales I'll be fueling my fleet elsewhere from now on and will heavily advocate to all owner operators carriers and fleet owners to do exactly the same so I hope your mask policy, of which you seem to be the only business in Springfield or Western Massachusetts for that matter that is still enforcing it, was worth the hundreds of thousands of dollars you will be losing in diesel sales. but hey if it saves just one life right? those nasty masks your employees have been wearing all day touching it pulling it down every time they speak not washing it when they go home putting it back on the next day are a literal biohazard in every sense of the word and I have zero faith or confidence in any company so lacking in clear common sense.

Food service was closed early. Would be nice if they gave a conclusive answer of when they closed service so people don't show up when they are told the place is open.

What a great place to happen upon!I was on my way to pick apples, stopped in for gas and a wrap, found DAVID ORTIZ!The cut-out was so cute I had to snap a pic to send to my daughter, the girl working was SO nice and offered to take the pic for me, IT WAS A HIT!!Thank you SO much!

stopped at the harford travel plaza this evening on my travels... the staff was rude and standing around, I walked into one arguing with another customer. went to the Chester's chicken and got a chicken tender with potato wedges, they were obviously sitting out for hours! the gentlemen behind the counter didnt seem.phased after I literally threw a $7 meal in the trash. said "Oh well we abouts to close anyways"... not my problem! if you're serving food til a certain time I expect it to be fresh!! and not one person in the store cared... horrible attitudes in there.

Christine and the food service guy were great. Pretty good alcohol selection. Coffee and food service area was clean. On a minor note, the bathrooms could be swept, but were clean overall.

No more Pride Stores I have been with Pride only for YEARS, loyal customer, even have my old laminated cards. The past year, the Customer service has gone down the toilet severely. The past month plus their pay at the pump hasn't worked, you have to go inside and wait in line for their many times single, one, and only cashier. Several weeks ago waited 17 minutes, because one cashier was on in Ludlow location and the five people in front me had to do all their lottery needs, and I was ok, I'll be patient, whatever!!! Sunday I was at the Montgomery St in Chicopee location. The pay at pump app was down,once again, so I went inside, unbeknownst to me if you're a Pride gas member, there is a glitch in the system and your pump shuts off at 15 gallons, you must come back inside to reset your pump to finish your purchase. Told the cashier I was filling up my tank, not one mention from him of this glitch. Went outside and the pump shut off half way through my purchase. Went inside and the cashier treated me like some kinda j**** because I didn't know about this glitch, and was VERY CONDESCENDING. Straw that broke the camel's back. BUH-BYE!!! Tried to cancel my account at Pride Corporate, this morning around 930a, no one on duty at corporate only the receptionist, she took my number and promised a callback. Called back around 130p, still no one was working at corporate, just the receptionist, I guess crickets only work corporate. I insisted on talking to a live person, I was put on hold and then hung up on, eventually someone showed up at corporate, called me, and cancelled my account, and removed my banking information from their data banks. Went to Cumberland Farms Memorial Drive in Chicopee around 2pm. The lady at the front desk not only gave the gas rewards card and information, but then proceeded to give a thorough explanation of how the program works, and explained I could do it conveniently through an app if I preferred. Very pleasant lady and she had coworkers there!!! Cumberland Farms you have a new loyal customer!!!
