Dirty. Unprofessional. Never again!! The manicurist smelled like a clipped cigarette. He was yelling at me the entire time in another language. Half ass job!

Went there for a gel manicure. Woman cut my finger without even asking if I was ok. Just put some stuff on it without a word. Nails were way too thickly applied. Started coming off not even five days later so I just just ripped the rest off myself so I didn't have to spend anymore money for my crap nails. Do not recommend.

This place is horrendous! I will never go here again. The woman who was doing my gel fill kept nicking my fingers and making me bleed. She made 7 out of 10 fingers bleed. I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted someone else to do my nails. They spoke in their language and the girl came back \\u0026 said there is nothing they can do. The manager refused to speak to me. She actually went in the back room to avoid me. Also the fill she did was so bad I had to go to a different place that same day for them to fix all my nails. The gel was lifting and it looked very sloppy. I will never go here again and will be telling everyone I know about how awful this place is as well!

This place had awful customer service. My mother and I wanted to get pedicures and as we were picking our toe colors (mind you we already checked in at the desk and confirmed we wanted pedicures at that moment) a group of 3 came in after us and said they wanted pedicures and manicures at that time as well. The lady at the desk then told us we would have to come back. So disappointed. So we left.

Rude as f----. He barked something unclear to me after I told him I was deaf twice. so I asked a client w t f his rude ass said. She told me he mentioned it's a 1 hour wait. No wonder they have 1.8 stars. Run away.

My child and I went there for two pedicures and I also got a nail fill. The lady I had was older and complained about the type of pedicure I asked for which was a shiatsu and then got angry when my fill took past closing. I felt very uncomfortable. If they don’t want to do it say there isn’t enough time because complaining is not appropriate. As for my child’s they were quick and didn’t do the full pedicure correctly. I have been to nail pro a handful of times the first was horrible a couple in the middle were ok and this last one was horrendous. I will not be returning and the prices are just as bad as the serviceServices: Gel manicures

I was feeling really sad and wanted to treat myself with a little French manicure. I should've looked at the reviews before I came here but just walked in. They seated me almost immediately and the woman asked me three times what I wanted. I told her all three times that I wanted a French tip manicure with regular nail polish (not gel). She kept asking me if I wanted gel and I kept saying no. She then proceeded to roughly trim my cuticles. Before she got the paint out, she stood up and said "PAY ME". I've never had this happen before. I paid her and she continued with her service. She then started with a base coat and then told me to put my hand under the UV light. I tried to take it out because I didn't want to expose my hands to UV light lamps but she yelled at me to put them back in. She then proceeded to poorly paint my nails and then brought me to the regular nail polish drying section. My nails look so bad and I'm so upset that I didn't read reviews beforehand. Worst service I have ever received. Was rude on the phone, rude in person, and made me wait over an hour for a pedicure even though I had an appointment booked. Highly discourage you from going here.Service: Pedicure

I went in on a Sunday. This was my third and last time here. It wasn't too busy. I got a gel pedicure. There were two other women who were getting pedicures as well that started at the same time as me. Same pedicures,just not gel. The technician was done with mine in less than 15 minutes while the other 2 women remained in their chairs receiving their pedicures for an additional 10-15 minutes longer. She didn't even remove the dead skin around my toes, gave no massage and I felt no relief after getting it done I usually always do. She was the oldest female technician there. The husband/wife technician seemed very attentive. Wished I was able to get my pedi and fill by one of them. This will be my last time to this nail salon. Didn't feel welcomed or relaxed and I paid $95, excluding eyebrow waxing.
