“Stopped into the phone store in Hadley MA yesterday with a rather complicated iphone issue that we were hoping to get resolved. We were immediately greeted by Izhan(sp?) , one of the technicians, who was later joined by Mike. They patiently worked their way through the problem with us and after close to an hour the problem was resolved. We not only appreciated their expertise but most importantly their kindness and professionalism. You should be very proud of these two employees!”

They helped me find just the right phone for my needs, without at all pressuring me into choosing a more expensive model. They also hooked me up with internet service, which I wasn’t expecting, but am actually really grateful for. It seems to work well in my home and is much less costly than the provider I had previously used. Additionally, I just had a lot of fun with them. Thanks for making it a great visit.”

“While on vacation my phone dropped and the screen cracked. I looked up places to have it repaired and found Cracked Solution LLC. I called on our drive home to see if they could fix it. I got an immediate call back and was able to go in the morning. The woman was kind, informative and just awesome. Left my phone with her, did a few errands and returned within the hour to my phone looking like new. I could t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this place for any phone repairs.
