I had bought a backpack here, but discovered when I got home that it would not fit everything I needed. Due to a family emergency, I was not able to bring it back for several weeks. The store staff didn't give me a hard time at all and were happy to help me exchange my purchase for a larger backpack. The one I settled on has all the space and features I needed for a great price. I highly recommend this store for high-quality products and excellent customer service.

One of the last places that still makes and sells quality clothing that will last longer than one season. No tall sizes at this one that I saw but I get it, that's not a complaint, typically I order tall sizes online, or go to the store in Maine

Super kind and helpful staff and they have rolls of shoes laces in many colors that they can custom cut for you… pretty awesome ?

It's L.L. Bean! A must if you're a fan. Huge store. Lots of helpful employees that will get your size if you can't find it on the floor. Cute little town. Great dining options. Can make a weekend of it.

Only thing I didn't like was the lady in the shoe dept telling me I'm wrong about my own feet. Then get snarky when I proved I was right. They need better size options for women. We're not all size 8 shoe.

We went in for a pair of boots that were unfortunately only available online, but John helped us try on shoes that were comparable to see what size we needed He was absolutely awesome for doing so.
