I have used them about 4 times in the past several years. Everyone in the office has been pleasant and helpful. I was super disappointed this time because I had moved out my things before my move out date. I asked when I rented the space and asked when I departed the space on around 12-28 if I would get an excess check on my overpayment, considering I had paid $245 to move in for 2 months and only used the unit for 6 weeks. I was told I would get a refund on time not used twice by the man who helped me. Not only did I not get my excess money refunded, I got a very tepid, unprofessional matter of fact email saying they did not do that. I had used them 5 times and this is the first time I did not get excess money back for when the unit was not used. Very disappointed in how I was treated, and you basically kept about $100 of my money.

They arrived on time, worked at a good pace while being gentle and respectful of our fine furniture. And they were friendly and pleasant to have in our home. They were able to take apart the beds , yet the Ideal company should supply them with battery operated screw gun. We loaned them ours to make it an easier and quicker move for all.Ideal Movers move me into my home in the 1990s and their service remains the best.

I moved from Enfield CT back home to Chicopee MA today. This is the second time I have hired Ideal. They worked hard, efficient and extremely professional. Jose’, Helio, and Garrison were terrific. thank you making the move easy, smooth and pleasant!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Ideal Movers this week. I hired them to move a friend of mine to assisted living, and packing and unpacking were also included. From start to finish - from the process of working with Garrison on the estimate, and throughout the move- I have to say that things literally could not have gone more smoothly or pleasantly. It was a superb experience on all levels.Everyone I worked with was polite and knowledgeable, and very professional. On moving day, our two-man crew - Andre and Jose - were right on time. We were astonished at how quickly, but also carefully, they did the packing, loading, and unloading. They were really congenial and easy to work with, relaxed, but also very focused. When we changed our minds about where to put things in the apartment, they took it in stride and were so accommodating. They were an absolute delight to work with, and they brought very calm, good energy with them!Also, they worked with such efficiency that they actually finished much more quickly than had been estimated, even though I had been concerned that packing would take longer than anticipated. And that translated to big savings for my friend, which she was thrilled about!This was my second time working with Ideal Movers (the first was back in 2006), and it was great to have such a positive experience this time, too! I’d give them more than five stars if I could. They really live up to their name! I don’t know why you’d consider hiring anyone else. I certainly will hire them again the next time I need movers!

Ideal Movers moved us from Boston to Amherst twice and were very professional and accommodating. Jason and Jose were friendly, helpful, and incredibly fast. Office staff at Ideal were also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ideal !

Adylson and Helio were terrific! They were very professional and efficient in doing the loading and unloading of my furnishings. They were both very pleasant as well. I would highly recommend Ideal Movers based on my experience.

I had a signed contract and had paid a deposit and part of the estimated cost for a small but still important moving job. 5 days before the move they called and cancelled and I couldn't find any other mover on such short notice.I've enlisted family and friends and hope we can get the job done ourselves.

Ideal Movers carried our family's 4-bedroom home's goods from RI to Amherst, MA. The office staff were exceedingly accommodating before our move as destination addresses shifted. On the day of our move the crew worked quickly, but carefully. They were all very friendly and courteous without being distracted or sidetracked form the job. Furthermore, nothing was damaged and all our belongings were placed where we needed them in the new home.We highly recommend Ideal Movers and we will certainly call them for any future moving needs of our own. They were recommended to us by our real estate agent as well as another moving company we reached out to in the Amherst, MA area. These recommendations were what made us choose them over other companies we called and we hope that our recommendation also helps others make their final decision. Choose Ideal Movers. They will not disappoint!

I hired Ideal Movers to move my elderly mom’s furnishings and belongings from one apartment to another in the same senior living community. The communication from Andrew was responsive and professional. The move team: Andre and Jose did an excellent job, they handled my mom’s items with care and they worked quickly. All in all, I would use Ideal Movers again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Its was very clean outside it made me feel my belonging would stay that way to. Closing my unit after a decade. Management in the beginning were great and pleasant with some new faces though the years they were also nice an helpful. ? Thanks again

Andre, Jose and Marlo were so friendly, efficient and professional - they went above and beyond with our move. And Garrison was so helpful getting everything scheduled. Final price was below estimate bc the job went quicker than expected - I’ve never had that happen!! I’d definitely recommend Ideal Movers.

Moving from Maine to Ideal's storage facility in Deerfield - the move went off without a hitch. Communication excellent from beginning to end. The 3 men that showed up to do the actual move were polite,efficient and did an excellent job. I've used ideal several times in the past - they are A+!
