Horrible experience, never going there again. Refused to do our taxes because we didn’t want to opt for the “ peace of mind “ add on for $35. Went from everything was ready to be submitted to “ I don’t feel comfortable filing your taxes “ when we refused to opt in for the peace of mind add on. Manager was even worse than the tax preparer. Overall horrible experience, and I surely wouldn’t recommend to anyone, let alone any friends and family.

My tax preparer Wendy did a thorough job and was patient as I took some time to itemize business-related expenses. She was good-natured throughout the process. There was an issue with a couple of initial entries by a trainee that were incorrect - which Wendy corrected. All in all, a good experience, particularly given the generous refund that's on its way.
