Wonderful staff. Beautiful jewelry, they personalized a pendant for a sentimental gift and had it ready in record time. If you’re interested in going to a Hannoush Jewelers drive straight past the Holyoke mall and save yourself the headache. We will never go to a different store.

I had them fix a chain that was broken. It is my mothers and I wanted it fixed for Christmas. They were very nice and it took a little over a week. I thought that was reasonable given the time of year. No one tried to upsell me or anything like that. I’d go back for sure!
