If I could give 0 stars on my mother I would, this guy that works here is incompetent and I’ve had better customer service at a prison yard. I came 3 days to do a trade in and every day is the same issue “system is down, I’m late on my closing task, I’m not sure if it’ll work I’d come back tomorrow” this store is a barren wasteland and the guy can’t do his closing task? Come on now. So you you’re telling me that you won’t take in my trades and all the money I intended in spending because you’re lazy? Terrible terrible terrible. I rather sit on barbwire and chew on staples than deal with this guy ever again. Fire him, close this stupid location and open something else cause GameStop has lost its essence and pride. Overall, the worst ever store in the state.

So, I was out and about once and thought to myself "Hey, let's go to Gamestop!" I go to the Gamestop, and guess what. It's closed. This was around 1:00 PM, and their hours say it should be open from 12:00 to 7:00. Another instance more recently, when I was hanging out with some friends, and we were going out and thought about going to Gamestop, so obviously, we go. And it's CLOSED. I remember the time very well, and it was 3:42 PM. Remember, the hours say 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There were countless cases of this happening, and this isn't even the only thing. I believe the reason that they aren't open when they should be is because of the staff sleeping in, which brings me to my next point, the staff. The staff are no better than an absentminded kindergartener learning algebra. One time, they tricked me into buying the pro membership. Another time, they made the process of buying a DLC for a Pokémon game so confusing that I was unsure about what to do, as they told me I had to buy the both DLC's for both games. And even then, they didn't honor the pro membership they tricked me into buying. 0 stars if I could, I cannot stress it enough, DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. You will have a terrible experience.

Good service, but slow checkout time. Understaffed like most places right now and it was apparent that the women who was up front was under trained.

I waited 20 minutes in line while the person working the register was jumping up and down pretending to break stuff and swearing Infront of my one year old because of a computer problem. When I actually got to the register and asked to buy a meta 3 VR headset I was told I couldn't buy it unless I paid $25 for a pro account first . So I left and got one online where I didn't have to pay 25$ to be able to buy a product over $500.

Worst customer service here on two occasions. The latest visit was quickly told by employee he was just about to go on break but he’ll wait for me to finish. I just walked out. Don’t bother coming in here unless you want to waste your, I recommend shopping online or used from GameFly instead. Better prices and actual customer service.

This was my fav place to go, once. Sometimes decent service, always quality product for a reasonable price. Esp. with pre-owned games! Major downside is no one ever answers the phone and it gets busy. Fair

Organized, Clean, Well stocked with products of games, accessories, and collectibles of all variety. The Staff is very informative in any questions I had about any items they currently didntbjabe and when would be the best time for me to look at coming back. Getting a store membership for $15 a year is 100% worth it, the monthly coupons I've been able to use towards getting a free booster pack of pokemom cards and or put the amount down towards pre-ordering a game! As someone who collects a large variety of things like pokemon cards, figpinfs,cpops, and mini backpacks and wallets, this is a Great place for those options!
