From start to finish, my experience with Exotic Automobile Repair was excellent! Great communication, great service. I was really stressed on time, and my car was done all within one day—just hours! I was given updates and was kept in the loop about everything happening. Definitely coming back to them for future work needed!

I was quoted for a $600 repair (after diagnostics) that turned out to be fixed by a different mechanic for $80.
I would also be very very careful with the likely fake reviews for this business. Please see the pictures. The majority of the reviewers have only ever written one or two reviews. Those who wrote two, one is to this business and the other apparently to a new location of the same owner, with identical text. I don't think a real person would have such a review pattern. The second location is newer but also has racked up many/all five star reviews.

I have had the best car maintenance experience I have ever had with Paul .
Not only the actual work on the car but the customer service and kindness that I felt was wonderful .
Bringing one's car for servicing can be an anxious experience ( especially for a woman), however I have complete faith in the honesty and the repairs done on my quite old car.

I started going to Exotic based on the glowing recommendation from my neighbor. Paul is an excellent mechanic and was able to get a repair done quickly. He is transparent and was willing to help me stay within my budget. Now I can't recommend him enough!

I can’t begin to tell you…. How good this place is. Paul got rid of a vibration in my car that I’ve had for two years now and after countless visits to both the dealership and other local shops that couldn’t fix it… but Paul did. He did a road force balance that finally got the car smooth… like completely silky smooth highway and all… A wheel balance by Paul is not a regular wheel balance… it’s another level of expertise. I waited a few days before I posted this review because I couldn’t believe how smooth and wanted to see if the vibration would return… still no vibrations weeks later! I won’t take my car anywhere else now and look forward to future business with him. This place is good the reviews are accurate af.

Took my car here to get a second opinion on some recommended services and I am so glad I did. Paul was very nice and upfront, no surprises. He worked with me on prioritizing certain services over others and sent me updates and pictures of my car while it was being evaluated and serviced. There was also no pressure to do extra work that wasn’t needed immediately, which I really appreciate. Will definitely be back for all future repairs and service! Thanks

They did an AMAZING job restoring my headlight cases which were so fogged up I could hardly see. Looks like a new car. Really nice people, great work, very helpful. I would go to them for other car work now.

Came in with a bumper barely hanging on, and a giant crack in my windshield. Paul was able to work on my car while I was out over the holiday break. The quality of service is really great here, and the prices are good.
