I stopped by to buy an umbrella and some gum. I was never asked if I wanted a receipt for my order and didn't ask for one because I was about to use the umbrella and didn't plan on returning it - it was pouring rain. I got home and noticed the guy double charged me for the umbrella, 30$ instead of 15$. I'm a broke college student that's literally my hourly wage at work, so I went back and asked for help but was refused any help unless I had a receipt - which I was never offered. Overall awful experience, always ask for a receipt here.

Horrible customer service. It was actually the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Speaking with a manager did not help. I left and went to the family owned sporting goods store down the road and it was like night and day. I tell and will continue to tell people not to frequent this establishment.

Nicely set up and good selection. Very quiet almost no one was there. We were looking at treadmills. An employee stood in the corner looking at things on the wall about 15 feet away from us while we looked at a handful of treadmills for about 10 minutes. Maybe he was neatening up things that were already perfectly neat. He was not restocking. I honestly thought he was just watching us to see if we were stealing anything at first- but how can you steal a treadmill? My friend had to go over to him and ask if he worked there to get some help( he was wearing a tag around his neck, otherwise I honestly thought he was a shopper just standing in the corner there ). I found his total lack of interest in shoppers who had questions off-putting. Just wave and say hey I’m over here if you need help. We were almost the only people in the store. We were trying to figure out how to turn the treadmill on, make them work. The whole while him standing in the corner doing nothing , ignoring us. When my friend approached him and asked for a key( we figured out a key was needed to start the treadmills) he went and got the box of keys but only had 1 that he could find. We were ready to buy a treadmill. Needless to say, we did not feel helped and could not try the model we wanted.

Trash. I purchased a driver and it broke immediately. I went back and seen if there was any way to rectify the bad purchase.(mind you; a broken driver head sits on the counter as I go there with mine). The guys like what do you want me to do about it? Looks at me like I'm the J/O. I say yeah no it's cool .. I'll ...buy a new one. .."sorry" I say. So 200 dollars now. Winter comes. I keep it inside. Summers in full swing. I get a chance to drive some golf balls. Breaks again! After a couple swings. I say alright. I'm calling and getting to the bottom of this. I look up TopFlite and give the number a call. Thanks for calling dicks sporting goods. I hang up try the other number. Thanks for calling Callaway golfing . I hang up and call dicks sporting goods where I originally bought the bad energy. The woman was very nice on the phone and says you want to call xalloway they own top flite. All afternoon this takes. I call calloway, give the rundown. Says yeah I can't help you dicks sporting goods bought top flite in 2009. Call them. I call them back. This lady on the phone says wooooooooww you bought something and it broke right away ?! Lol that's too bad!. What's all of your personal information. I regretfully disclose. She says I don't see you, sorry I can't help you. Dicks, you have poor business integrity.

I bought weights , bars and a bench. No issues. I bought a squat rack that im having issues with. Waiting to see how its handled. Im not taking apart to bring in for replacement. They should send replacement bars. So lets see....

As a person of color which is rare in this area I have been to this location 3 times with my family an everytime they have employees follow me around and so blatantly try to act like loss prevention. I'm not d*** u don't have to put socks in color order or zip up jackets. They be literally following me doing the most absurd acting pretending they aren't profiling. It makes me truly sick and will not be shopping any more here my son an wife have witness this happening at their location and I bet I'm not the only person of color who gets followed around

Love this store. I got a mouth guard here, a FABULOUS NORTH FACE winter ski coat on clearance rack, fit me perfectly, the most comfortable coat I've ever worn!!! Toasty but somehow just right, you don't overheat in it. I'm hooked with that maker/brand now!!! New England can now be finally conquered the appropriate way :) I needed the mouth guard because I was grinding my teeth at night. It did help but I'll have to likely see a professional for something more aligned. They sell beautiful active wear, all kinds of sporting supplies & beyond!!! I only wish they had better prices, and I never got to apply the reward I earned, why do these places dictate when you can use a reward YOU paid to earn?!? That's frustrating and the prices aren't exactly low here. They are a niceh store though, employees are good, they seem to back up their products although I've heard not to buy a bike from here because I don't think they necessarily gaurantee those, maybevgonto a bike shop specialist instead. The store is clean, beautifully organized & displayed, convenient location and clearance can be winners!!! Glad there is some resemblance of life in our mall too!!! Also helps that we are in a college area, they sell a lot of athletic supplies & such. Keep the clearance & sales coming PLEASE!!!
