Poor experience, asked for a lease quote, never got one. Sad, Jason great, but no longer there. Sales manager, James, never got up to meet me or help? Staff is lazy and acts with no respect. Sales person was sick and kept coughing on me with no mask? I've been a customer of this dealer for 3 years, but no more.Stay away, they are very unhelpful and act like they don't care about your business. No follow up and lied about sending me a quote which i never got. Sad and unacceptable.

I would give this place less than 1 star if possible. I was looking to buy a new car when I found Country Nissan all over tv. I went on the website and found a used Nissan Rogue with very low mileage. I went in and test drove it, and my sales guy kept pressuring me to talk financing. When I finally sat down and told him my budget, he kept pushing that I could afford more when I really couldn't. I decided to purchase the vehicle, and within 1 month of owning it, I was having serious transmission issues. I brought it to Country Nissan for them to stick me in a small Nissan Versa for a loaner car. It took them over a month to get a new transmission and replace it. Once I finally got it back, no more than a month later, I was having transmission issues again. Long story short, I brought it back to Country Nissan over and over again (8 times to be exact) to have my transmission replaced and I spent more time driving a small Nissan Versa loaner car in the first year of owning my car than I did my actual car. Each time took a month to investigate what was happening, for them to just say a part failed internally, have to order a new transmission, wait for it to come in, and install. I was paying an absurd monthly payment for my car to not even drive it. Finally, I gave up, and when my car started driving weird, I put it off because I didn't want to deal with Country Nissan anymore. Not only did they take forever, but every time I brought it in, I magically needed $1000+ in repairs somehow. Eventually, I started going elsewhere, and one day, my transmission blew all together. At this point, I was told they would no longer replace it for free, so I traded the piece of junk and bought a Hyundai from somewhere else that I've had 0 issues with.

I was misinformed by an employee who no longer works there that my car was covered under warranty. Never did I give consent to this repair. The transmission was ordered before I was even told it was covered (which it was NOT), and subsequently the job was performed. Now I was on the hook for $4,700. I had to withdraw money from my retirement account, at 25% fee assessment.I was NOT happy, and I let the service dept know it.

After purchasing a car here years ago, and being pleased with the experience, I went back to purchase another. The buying experience was good, until I found out I'd been lied to about the service history. The dealership has since acknowledged that I was indeed told lies during the buying process, but has yet to make a reasonable offer to make things right. I was initially hopeful of them making it right, but after two weeks and multiple trips, emails and phone calls there is still no resolution. I am terribly disappointed. Attached is a photo of the oil I changed after being told it was just serviced.Update, my review has been responded to by a gentleman named Robert. Robert kindly left a phone number asking me to call to reach a resolution. We'll, as requested I called. Robert is now on vacation. 3 min..... that's how long it took me to call, and to my dismay, no one is available to help. I am truly at a loss for words.

I want to start out by saying I did not buy or service a vehicle here, but I wish I did. I purchased a vehicle at a Nissan dealership closer to my home and my ownership experience has been lackluster at best. The dealership I purchased from sold me a lease with little to no information and now that I'm coming to the end of my lease I have plenty of questions and clarifications that were not explained to me. After a frustrating trip to the dealer for answers I left defeated and without the information I sought.I got the GM Robbie's information from a different dealer (not Nissan) as a source for information regarding my questions. I left a message and he called me back.Mind you, I am not a customer of this dealership in any fashion. Robbie took the time to explain my situation in a manner that made everything clear and presented my options. That took all of about 5 minutes and I felt satisfied. He then made himself available to questions from me and I was able to ask him some other things that were unclear to me. In all the phone call was about 30 minutes and I can honestly say if Robbie took the time to get to know me and understand my situation and help me navigate this then I could only imagine what his team would do.For reasons unrelated to this I am not continuing business with Nissan but if I need a vehicle in the future I wouldn't hesitate to trust Robbie and his team to steer me in the right direction because I can tell he will do what it takes to understand the needs of his customers and be sure they are finding the right solutions. Thanks again!

Brought my 2017 Rouge in for oil change. Upon inspection it was suggest to replace the rear brakes with new pads and rotors. The car was fixed and in very little time. I always have a great experience at country Nissan

Diagnosed the problem in no time. The only problem I have is that they charge way to much to replace a easy part. I normally work on my own vehicles and I know how easy it is, don’t understand why they charge so much. That is why I avoid dealership service centers.

Even though we weren't able to agree on the terms and conditions of the purchase, I had a pleasant experience stopping by. Everyone seems friendly. Kaylee was great!

Sketchy dealership. They agreed to purchase my car for 2,000 dollars.. then they tried to back out of it claiming they couldn't find the contract. I reminded them I had a copy of it, then I signed a new contract and now they are trying to deduct 250 dollars from the purchase contract to have them drive the car 10 minutes down the road.... Originally the manager patrick leclair promised to have an employee deliver it for free. Also the GM manager robbie has an anger issue and he yells on the phone when he is upset. Very unprofessional dealership, you have to be very careful when you sign an agreement with them.

Presented with laundry list of work that needed to be done, but given little information about it aside from simply listing it. Service took much loger than expected and even after I was told it was "almost done" and that my paperwork was being finalized, i had to wait for an extra 30 minutes. The detailed work that was recommended feels like a cash grab.

Unbelievably the most unprofessional car dealer I have ever delt with. I bought a used vehicle with a trade in of my vehicle and said the car was a great deal. Got the vehicle home and found a heavy scratch on the passenger side. They spent 4 hours with fix-a-dent and the repair looks like something a high school student would try one their first attempt. I got some time to spend cleaning the car, clay bar. and found three other damaged areas on the passenger side. Can't believe that they weren't upfront about the damage, especially at the price they were asking. They also told me that this was the only car in the range I was shopping. After I spent time looking after I purchased the car, I found out they had three other identical models in stock. I also checked another dealer 30 miles away and they had two models of same model for less money. They were going to sell their model to get rid of inventory. I would never recommend this dealer to anybody looking for a new or used car. Typical"Used Car Salesman"

I worked with Erik and it was lovely! After spending years to save up for my first car, Erik was the man to go. He made sure I found the right model with the right amount of miles and made it a stress free experience all around! 10/10 would recommend.

Looking for a car is not what I enjoy doing, in fact I dread it. Went to Country Nissan to check out a lightly used Ford Escape and I was sold! Vaughn Haughton, our sales person, went above and beyond to make it happen and I appreciated his friendly and laid-back attitude. Highly recommend. Thanks Vaughn!

On 3/6/23 I went to repair my tires as the light on my car went off. I waited there for an hour and a half, almost 2 hours while they fixed my car as I had also requested an oil change. They told me that there were no issues with my tires. I went to a different place to get my tires checked as the lights were still on. At the other place, they found the problem right away and had removed a nail that was stuck in my tire. I asked Nissan for a refund as they charged me $40 without doing anything. They told me I would get a refund in 8-10 business days but even after 3 weeks I still haven’t gotten my money back. I’m upset at their inability to check tires and their customer service.

I got to Country Nissan after having been to 2 or 3 other area dealerships and I was very much impressed by the level of service at Country Nissan. Vaughn helped my wife and I navigate the different purchase options and we ended up very happy customers with the service provided. Vaughn and the finance manager were great and very accommodating. AND, yall.... THERE ARE FREE SNACKS. Buy a Nissan- from Vaughn. AMEN
