In my car search, I was having a tough time deciding between a Kia and the Ariya. I worked with Aiden as a sales rep, and he was consistently responsive, reliable, and helpful in his explanations. (I chose the Ariya.) I recommend him and Country Nissan very highly. Everyone at the office seems to work like a team, and are all very helpful. As Aiden is wont to say, "right on!"

Heather Petricevich, she is an amazing asset to your company!! By far the best technician I have ever worked with, she has made me feel very comfortable with my business at your dealership. I have unfortunately had problem, after problem, with my new car purchase and still she’s walked me through it all, and never let me down. She calls when she says she will, and does her job way above and beyond to include your customers through their service issues. I personally offered her a job to work for me, you don’t find such dedication anymore, but she is truly a gem, Country Nissan in Hadley, Massachusetts is blessed to have Heather Petricevich as their employee. I am very happy with my new 2024 Nissan Rogue. James and Angie Lynch were great throughout the entire process and Angel has been extremely helpful as well. The sales department worked with us to get the lease price that we needed.

This place is a joke. They send out mailers with scratch to win cash prizes, the cash prize that lined up with my mailer was $1,000. IT LINES UP WITH THE $1,000 PRIZE CLEAR AS DAY. When you call to let them know you won they say congratulations, please set up an appointment to claim your prize! When you get there, they tell you that you did not win $1,000 but you can spin this cheap casino app spinoff which always pays out $5. You waste a half hour driving down there on your weekend, walk into a showroom with no cars or welcome desk, and get violated. Don't do business here!

I recently visited Country Nissan's service department for a minor issue with a light on my dashboard. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Heather Petricevich was exceptional in her service. She listened attentively to my concern, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs.
Heather's professionalism and expertise were top-notch, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Country Nissan and Heather Petricevich for anyone seeking reliable and efficient automotive care. That speaks volumes to say the least on how exceptional she was because I’m not from this area I was on my way back home from visiting the grand kids when this happened but if I was from here I would make this my go to #1 spot! We brought my sons 2022 Rogue in for service mainly to get a second key fob. Message on dash said needed service. We were told to see Heather Petrasevich. From the outset she was professional and courteous. She even arranged for staff to look at trim piece to be cleaned up. This along with 10 k service. We explained we never got call backs from staff to arrange this after many attempts. She then had staff look at trim piece and set up another appointment. We went back to wait for about another half hour. She called us in and stated staff took care of the trim no appointment necessary. She then said all of the charges would be taken care of and wished us well. Heather Petrasevich is a top professional and a person who restored faith in Country Nissan. I relayed this information to my son. Her ability to deal with a disenchanted customer adds to her value to the dealership. I would recommend Country Nissan for service to all because of my dealings with Heather Petrasevich.

Angel helped me out during a crazy time in my life. I had quite the year and was in a financial pickle, but Country Nissan was able to help! Everyone was willing to answer my questions and they were willing to work with me and my situation with no judgement! Feeling comfortable while buying my car was amazing! The used car I bought was also fully serviced and detailed. I was also impressed with the job they did as well! Very clean lot and facility.
