“I had bought a backpack here, but discovered when I got home that it would not fit everything I needed. Due to a family emergency, I was not able to bring it back for several weeks. The store staff didn't give me a hard time at all and were happy to help me exchange my purchase for a larger backpack. The one I settled on has all the space and features I needed for a great price.
