We are in Georgetown, and Hastings recently carpeted our stairs, four bedrooms and hallway. There was a delivery issue with the carpeting, and once the issue was discovered, Hastings stepped up in a big way to ensure the materials were delivered and available to keep our job moving along on time. We also used a local mover on their recommendation who did a great job emptying the second floor, and then bringing all the furniture back, reassembling beds, etc, after the carpeting and painting was done. We put all the furniture in the garage during the week it took to coordinate everything. The Hastings crew was professional throughout, as were the movers. We look forward to working with Hastings on our next carpeting need, and greatly appreciate their focus on customer satisfaction and quality work.

I had never used Hastings before, and we were in the market of hardwood floors for two bedroom and carpeting for a loft We were greeted by Kristen Hastings. She was awesome. Answered all of pur questions. I loved the flooring that is THEIR flooring in the store, which happened to be Amendoin, which is an exotic hardwood. A bit pricey. So we proceeded on our way to several other flooring stores in our area. We'll, needed less to say we came back to Hastings and ordered the Amendoin! My main concern was installation. I needed people who knew what they were doing. She assured me that she had installers that do hardwood and installers that did carpeting. And she was RIGHT. We are more than pleased. Kristen worked with us to schedule installation and we had the best installers for both hardwood and carpeting. Many many thanks to ALL involved and would most definitely recommend Hastings. You WILL be pleased.

This is the 3rd time Hastings has put in a rug for my small business and we couldn't be happier (again!). They ordered the rugs for us, and kept us updated with shipping times. They were quick to rip out the old rug and put in the new one. The new rug looks amazing!

This company doesn't know anything about tile. I had a client meet me there he said he walked in and immediately was hounded by some old bag of bones as if he was going to steal something. This guy is in the armed forces, just got home from tour and was driving a new BMW. I got over there shortly after he arrived, walked in and saw two displays. Daltile and American olean. For those who don't know, Thors are the bottom feeder brands and they had them in a showroom most likely over priced. I started asking about Pasha tile which the old which should know about being a installer in groveland MA but she looked at me like I didn't know what l was talking about. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. I know for a fact they messed up a job at my family's house and after the shotty show room experience I would give less than 1 star if I could.

We had flooring of different heights in three different rooms removed and new wood floors installed. Our experience with Hastings was wonderful from picking out the flooring to installation. The installers were professional, METICULOUS, and very courteous. They did a wonderful job! Thank you!

We would highly recommend this family owned business. We recently had a floor installed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable while we were deciding what to get. The team who put the floor down were hard working professionals. It looks beautiful. We are very pleased.
