My car was vandalized (had 2 deep dents from a 22 caliber bullet) - Rick and Rachel took care of me from the start. They helped me understand the insurance process, explained exactly what would be done to the car - I picked it up days later and it looks better than new. I never thought it could look so pretty again. They saved a costly investment and were so wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

I can’t say enough good things about Rick and Rachel. My Mustang (which I’d only had for less than 8 months) was hit at my work at the beginning of the month. I called them and got an appointment within 2 weeks. They fixed my car in just 2 days! Better yet, they managed to get the dent out — no need to order parts! Most recent experience was very poor. Not a cheap price, vehicle was left dirty both inside and out. A tool was left in the back seat. Color match was good but finish was not. Still could see the area of damage. Also had over spray. Left multiple messages to attempt to correct these issues. No return call.

Simply outstanding. Got in an accident that wiped out my left front after a recent ice storm. Sharon got me in and kept me informed throughout the whole process, worked with my insurance company for additional repairs discovered behind the body work, and worked with my rental car company and insurance to coordinate multiple extensions on my rental while waiting for additional parts. The color match was perfect and everything looks great! They washed the whole car and even cleaned out the inside front. A textbook example of excellent craftsmanship and customer service.
