“I always get my oil change done here. The staff is friendly and reliable. I went in recently for an oil change before heading out on a trip. They fit me in and told me about needing to get front brakes sometimes in the near future. The employees were patient that I had a 10 and 5 year old hanging out in their small store on a hot day. Though the kids weren't being bad in any way, I felt bad taking up floor space in their store while we waited as the area is not huge. Next time I will probably just drop the car off and come back for it, but it was a heat wave. The cashier is always friendly to myself and my kids, and to her other customers. Never a bad experience here.”
“Excellent experience! Years ago I took a work seminar called the “Art of Wow”, at the time I thought it would be a waste of my time, but since then I use this as my standard of service. You can give someone what they expect, you can do a little extra and make them happier or you can give them service above & beyond to “Wow” them… I was given the Wow experience that made my entire day..it makes me want to go back to them for all of my services and recommend my friends to go there. Nice, fair and excellent service! It was reminiscent of service back in my grandparents day.”

Most of those that do come here right"DON'T KNOW " where to Fuel up? Only to "PULL" the hose to the other side of the vehicle.”

“My car sat for 2 weeks under a tree with all bird dropping and god knows what else all over it. Took it to Haffners and Joe could not have been nicer. He took extra time to scrub all the sides. he mentioned that it was baked on due to hot august sun so he allowed me to wash the car twice which was a world of difference. Thank you again! highly recommend”

“They did a great job on short notice. Dropped my car off in the morning for over heading (lost coolant). They had looked at it by noon. Called and noted the exhaust also needed work (which it did). After getting approval for the work the price was very reasonable. They even showed me the old parts with what was wrong. I will definitely be back.”

“location location location very convienent right off 495 great customer service very friendly staff at all hours of the day. they are very helpful been here a bunch of times during snow storms/blizzards etc recently 1 of my visits the power went out as i was getting ready to pump they were on it right away let the customers know what was going on and eta was on point. had us back up and runnning in under 10 min”
