I gave this shop a try because I was getting frustrated with a particular service need and they offered the soonest availability. They were flexible when I was running behind schedule, professional, and got the job done complete and fast. The high rating is well deserved.

I’m a new customer, but I’ve been super happy with the services I’ve gotten at Allman’s. They are very professional and polite (which can’t be said about some other mechanics in the area), and are very open about what they’re doing to your car and why. They even have a cool online feature that lets you accept or reject certain services, like replacing old windshield wipers, so you know not only what they’re doing but exactly how much it’s going to cost. I will definitely be returning for services in the future

I can't recommend Allman's Automotive highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with professionalism and courtesy by their expert staff and my car runs perfectly after every checkup.

My own mechanic of over 10 years was too busy to look at my car. The dealership couldn't look at the car until 4 weeks out. On the very day my own mechanic bailed on me when I had a 7am appointment, desperate to get it looked at as I was worried about driving it, I placed an appointment online within an hour with Allman automotive. I showed up and they looked at my car, had diagnostics figuring out what was wrong and had a quote within two hours. I am so thankful for this business! They are consumate professionals that know how to run a business, want your business and are really good at what they do. Allman is my new auto place and I couldn't be happier. 10 stars ?

Excellent and honest mechanics. Reasonable prices too. Literally just charged me a thousand less than the dealership estimated for the work I just had done (and told me they didn’t need to do one item I was told to do). Great neighborhood shop!

Made an appointment for a left rear lock actuator went to shop and guy at counter said they have to take it apart to see what's wrong then quote me a price. I know what's wrong with my lock and he said they could replace it without looking but no warranty.so I wasted my time driving there. After I left I drove to another shop. Got a quote and a date and time to get my lock actuator replaced

Kevin and the team at Allman’s automotive is the only business I’d ever bring my cars for diagnostics, service, and/or repair. Allman’s is always transparent with their work and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are satisfied. Latest example - electrical issue with car turned out to be a faulty ground. Dealership wanted to replace the whole wire harness (obscene estimate amount) after taking two hours to diagnose while having my car for two-three days. It took Allman’s about two hours to trace the wire schematic, identify faulty wiring, and install a new ground to fix the issue thus saving me 90% of the dealership projected cost. I can keep going on and on with positivity about Allman’s but I believe there is a character limit. One will never be disappointed with Allman’s workmanship and attention to customer satisfaction. Again - there is nowhere else I’d go. Thanks Kevin!!

My husband and I had just come to town from Florida in a rental car (delivering rescue cats) and the brakes were locking up. Kevin was able to get us in immediately, got the part delivered from Boston, got the bill paid through the owner of vehicle, and got us back on the road in a couple of hours. We were so impressed. I was in a bit of a pickle with my car and Kevin was nice enough to see me right away, let me know how they could help, and reassure me that everything was going to be ok! Kevin went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of and treated me like a priority. The cost was affordable and fair and I received a detailed inventory of all charges. I will definitely be going back for all of my auto services and suggest everyone in the area do the same!
