Always friendly and helpful, I went there for a car inspection. They are always quick, even on the busiest days. They accomplish this task without trying to find additional expensive work for themselves. They are always busy servicing vehicles for their many loyal and satisfied clients. Honest and considerate without padding bills.

I recently took my son's vehicle in for an an oil change on a Saturday (knowing they closed at 2:00) before he went back to school the next day on Sunday. They called and said the truck needed some additional repairs which they were happy to do while they had the vehicle. But, I guess one of the parts they ordered failed, and they scrambled for hours to repair it and then replacing it again. They ended up working on my vehicle until 6:00 (4 hours past closing) because they knew my son was going back to school the next day. While the whole team there was fantastic, a special call out to Nicholas Dunsmoor who was exceptional and was totally committed to getting my truck finished. Great customer service.

Always great service at Wilson's from a 6 year customer with multiple cars and company van. They always answer the phone and have good follow-up. Whenever possible (almost always), they return the vehicle to my driveway! Never disappointed....all my service is available on a website that they use and it makes it easy at tax time for expenses.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very positive experience with Wilson's. I needed an oil change and for them to look at rattling underneath my truck. I called and told them it was my only car, so I would be waiting for it until they finished up. They recommended I show up the next day right when they opened, which I did. They took it in almost right away and it was ready before I could finish my breakfast next door! Very fair pricing as well. I'll be going back to them in the future, as well.

I tried to do business here but apparently don't fit the customer requirements they seem willing to administer. 1st an inspection sticker (=pass) I clearly needed work to attain was granted. With a bad tie rod end and tire on drivers front they were oblivious. They implied they wanted the work but then were unwilling over time to address my safety problem.I ended up doing the work myself to make my vehicle safe to drive.I tried once again to do business to correct a rear brake failure on my van (previous poor installation). $800 seems pretty steep as within a couple of months the rear brakes squeak when not depressed.I'm apparently not good enough to get honest quality work from Wilson, he did not care about the danger he blindly ignored while posting a pass sticker on a half ton van. And the quality of work actually done is fair at best.I'm all done with this mommy and pop operation...

Place was crowded with others doing inspections, but the work was done amazingly fast. Still, I will not come back. In fact, even though I got a rejection, after I get my vehicle repaired I plan on paying a second time elsewhere for a sticker just to not have to ever go here again (yes, I would legitimately rather pay twice than deal with a bully). I literally got yelled at a one-legged man for not being telepathic and knowing how to read frantic hand signals in a crowded parking lot. Guy points at his prosthetic and says "I'm not &%$#$#& walking to you."Place had raving recommendation by JSK in Pepperell and it is a real shame that someone is working directly against this positive endorsement to ruin it. I was going to just ignore the behavior and not write this because everyone is entitled to a bad day, but then I saw the careless job that was done with the new sticker just being thoughtlessly stuck on top of the remnants of the last sticker on my windshield. I'm sorry, is this your first time doing this? You don't have a method down pat yet with 30 or so inspections a day under your belt for god knows how many years? Or is it just that you didn't like me for some reason? In any case, I literally can't believe the sloppiness at this place.
