I ordered the stair lift and it was installed in 2 weeks. Installation for 3 stairlifts was done in less than a day. Operation instructions were clear. Very pleased overall.
The only negative is that you have to bend to the floor to raise and lower the footrest. I can think of a number of ways to improve this. Even a small rod attached to the foot rest would alleviate the problem. I will leave the engineering to you. If you wish to discuss I am available

Can’t say enough good things about this company! Had a bad injury the week before Christmas and they were able to install my chair before New Year’s. Install was on time and professionally done. Now I can spend time with my dogs while I journey through my recovery.

The customer service is outstanding! I had an immediate need for a stair lift to accommodate a newly disabled relative being released from rehab. The early discharge was not anticipated so time was of the essence. A technician was sent out immediately - provided us with various options and commenced with installation over a weekend. This was a challenging installation due to the staircase design but they were able to make it work in a cost effective manner. I highly recommend New England Stair lifts!
