“I love CrossFit Pepperell! It has been such a welcoming and supportive community since the moment I walked through the door. I’ve been to one CrossFit class years ago and was worried about joining; it’s not a sport I am familiar with and I’ve been very out of shape for four years. The coaches work with you and spend time explaining the workouts. I don’t feel silly asking questions and instead feel supported and uplifted. They do a great job of working with you, where you are at in your workouts. I appreciate that the warm ups often mimic the WOD and break down each exercise - it’s so helpful when learning! I’ve only been a part of this gym for a week, but I have learned SO much and feel so much stronger already! It’s an absolute blast and I can’t wait to see where my CrossFit journey takes me. “Just joined this gym a few months ago, and I’m in love with the place. It’s clean, well-organized and totally inviting. My workouts fly by with good music in the background, multiple tvs and excellent AC. I’ve yet to wait for a machine, and the app lets me know when there aren’t many people there so I can plan my visits well.
I’m working with trainer Nicole Cyker who’s helping increase my strength, endurance and cardio fitness. Besides my periodic doctor and dentist visits, this is the best thing I’ve ever done for my health.”
