Since this company bought the facility it has become awful!!!! The guy that owned it before was great. Now this company has raised the rent four times since they took over. From day ONE of a late payment they RELENTLESSLY call, text and email 3 times a day PLUS, EVERY SINGLE DAY THEYARE CONTACTING 10 times a day! They threaten auction without waiting the legal amount of time or without taking the proper legal steps, and add more fees than anything I’ve ever seen! When asked if they are aware of the legal process they need to follow before auctioning or threatening auction, they stutter and sidestep the question. Everyone’s having a tough time these days, give us a break! The amount of phone calls, texts and emails actually qualifies as harassment and is actually against the law as well- this is coming straight from an attorney. This company is obnoxious.

I have been a customer for the last 3 years. I have never once entered my unit, since leasing. My only experience with All Purpose Storage, is that the staff does go out of their way to make sure their clients have peace of mind and feel comfortable that their belongings are stored securely. I have spoken with the staff on several occasions over the years, about a variety of things. I was provided excellent customer service, which included a team member on one occasion, personally going to my unit to ensure it was secured. That added measure was very comforting. At some point, I will be ready to reclaim and rehome my items to where they belong, but for now, I am extremely happy that my nonreplaceable items are being safely secured at a location where I am free from worry. Thank you for the service provided.

Raised my rent at least 4 times in 2 years after they bought the facility, and then forced me into an insurance policy I didn't want or need by adding it to the terms of the lease agreement without warning, and that I never agreed to. On top of that when I went to move they lost my rental agreement and accused me of never having signed one. How could I have moved in then? Customer service hounded me for a 5-star review after I moved out. I will never do business with this company again.
