I barely made it in the door on time for closing yet the woman at the desk welcomed me, helped me figure out returns and find the right size mailer, friendly, fast, efficient and clean. And she was still helping people when I left.

WOW! I went to this store to do a combination shipment return to Amazon. It was my first time, and I wasn’t organized and Dennis (the store owner) was so kind and helpful even though we (ok, me) mixed up and mislabeled an item.
I also overheard other employees helping other customers (who also had no clue about the return process!) and they couldn’t have been nicer!
I’m not one for doing too many online reviews, but when I was so moved by the UPS store service that I came straight here…. I guess that tells you something about this place of business!
