A lot of rude customers, and i mean a LOT of rude customers. Cant count the amount of times ive seen customers yell at staff for things out of their control. But ive also never seen a team of staff who dealt with the rudeness in such a calm but real manner.

Some of the employees there, including the manager are super rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was treated horribly when I went to buy some items and then changed my mind about a few that I though was a different price. The girl at the register started talking down to me, clearly irritated as she didn’t know how to take the items off and then the manager basically told me to just buy the items as she didn’t want to have to delete them form bill. So unprofessional, but I guess that’s why they are working there. Very disappointed and inappropriate.

Come here for great deals. Trying to erase my negative review from another site. I've found some cool sneakers, pants, shirt, pj's from here. And the deals are great. And it's so easy to donate clothes.

There's a lot packed into this little store. Every day has 1/2 price and 99 cent sales. Money meter parking with a handful of free spots next to the store. Big complaint: stapling prices on the clothing itself, oftentimes right on the front of the shirt. It does leave holes you know. I hate that.

This Salvation Army is truly the hidden gem of thrifting in the Pioneer Valley area. I've been to the Goodwill & Salvation Army in Amherst and the Giving Circle in S. Deerfield, but as soon as I walked into this store I was like "oh, I'm never going to any of those places again!" It's really the sheer volume of options that makes the difference. There are five separate rooms inside, each packed to the gills with clothes. I don't know if it's because Greenfield is outside of the 5-college area so there are fewer college-aged girls scouring the shelves or what, but there seemed to be an excess of cute stuff that I wanted. I had to truly restrain myself! Sweaters, dresses, blouses, oh my! This isn't just a place to get t-shirts and jeans. It's a place I can actually shop for clothes I will wear over and over. I feel like I upgraded my closet. I will be back!

Tried to drop off clothes. Nice clothes. I was early so I asked for a bag or box. Nope. The woman wouldn’t help me. I understand being miffed about me being early but refusing to even give me a garbage bag was a bit much. Not the attitude I was looking for when trying to drop off clothes. I’ll find somewhere else to bring my lovely duds.
