Honestly, have had much worse renting experiences. Love dumpster, maintenance is friendly, my pets are allowed (birds,fish), and i have a dishwasher. Snow removal is adequate, property management needs a little work (grass, trees, etc.) Management has been spotty, but a new property manager is doing great.
