I bought a freezerless refrigerator at Manny’s. A gentleman named Scott listened to what I was looking for, matched the Home Depot price, and arranged delivery and haul away. The refrigerator arrived with two young delivery guys who were very polite and professional. They need to remove doors (old Vermont farm house) and had to negotiate slanting floors. They balanced the new fridge and replaced the doors, hauled away the old bad boy and did this with the upmost respect for me, my home, and the fridge I bought. Highly recommend - I will never buy an appliance anywhere else!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!! Shout out to Jordan, Damien and Javi for fantastic customer service!! They were very quick, respectful and efficient while removing my old fridge and installing the new one.

I'm sooooo glad I didn't go with a box store or national chain - Scott in the Greenfield store was incredibly helpful and patient and got me just what I need. And they'll hold my purchases until my contractors are ready for them!

My experience was awesome !!! Scott Abdow was amazing and went above and beyond to get me the best bang for my buck. The entire Greenfield team was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Manny's if you are looking for quality appliances and honest and knowledgeable staff !!!!

Scott and Randy were very friendly, professional and helpful from the moment I walked in the door! They were able to answer all of my questions and assist with choosing the best model for me.Scott was able to thoroughly explain the details of the add-on warranty. Excellent service!

Loved my experience at Manny's! Always feels good to support local businesses, but working with Manny's I felt so well taken care of and much more confident making a huge purchase knowing that it was backed by their service team! They really know how to make you feel like a VIP!I went in during the tax free holiday and even though it was extremely busy Scott was super patient with answering all my questions and helping me find something I would love.Even after delivery I emailed Scott with a question and even though it was another big sale weekend I heard back from him with an answer and a solution in no time. Really grateful for the amazing customer service.Delivery was very smooth / delivery guys were super kind, despite it being their 10th delivery of the day! Really appreciated the ability to track their ETA throughout the day through the website.Will definitely be recommending and shopping at Manny's again.

Manny's service department has really shown us what great Customer Service is and the persistence by the team can really be a success. Thank you Manny's for your drive and desire to make things right with our faulty appliance. You did not give up on us and it paid off in a satisfying solution for all. A special thanks to Mary and Shannon who took so many calls from me even in my frantic state. It was always appreciated when you would be reassuring and supportive. Thank you to the technicians that came to our home several times and truly did try to trouble shoot while verbalizing thanks for understanding they were the messenger for whirlpool and they were not making the decisions but in fact the Whirlpool. Lastly, a very special thanks to Jay who never gave up and persisted with this major company to do the right thing. You did not give up and it came to an appropriate conclusion.
