I’m new to the area and went for a gel manicure. They use no name old polish. The clear base coat was super gummy and did not properly cure. I let them know and they tried to fix it by applying alcohol which just added a bunch of tiny hairs to the gummy mess. I had to pick 2 colors, most of their bottles are almost empty, old and all cheap name brands. When they started to put the color on top of the gummy base coat it looked nothing like the color on the sample nail. I asked them to stop, paid 2/3 of the full gel manicure price without having my nails painted and left. The tools they used were taken out of a crusty pencil case that did not look clean. They were put back in the crusty pencil case and I’m pretty sure they don’t clean them. I will never go here again and was appalled that i paid them $20 to file my nails, trim my cuticles with dirty tools and left with gummy gel clear coat with hairs stuck in it on my nails! I get gel manicures frequently and have never experienced anything like this. The place is also dirty with all sorts of bags, clothes and 1/2 full starbucks cups stacked up all over the place.

This is a great nail salon experience! The nail technicians are kind and very hardworking. It's very clean and organised. They have a huge selection of polish colors.There are many pedicure stations and a bunch of manicure stations too!They only take cash, so plan accordingly. They do have an ATM on site if needed.I don't understand any of the negative reviews! Everyone was cheerful and I could tell there were a bunch of repeat customers!

The Owners and staff are awesome good people and do an amazing job!! My hands and feet, circulation is lower legs has never been or looked better. Go there you will be amazed!!

I have been going to Lucky Nails since I was a little girl and they always did 90s/2000 Nail art so good back in the day. These beautiful nails cost $90 total. Since they have been in business since 1980s. Very few Salons can do these nostalgic designs. It warms my heart I was able to get these designs done reminds me of simpler times!

DO NOT GO HEREAfter much pestering during my basic Pedi, I finally agreed to a gel Mani which I have never done and really didn't want. I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She was almost done when I said "what about the designs. I showed you the picture". She tried to add just one of the designs but they did not work. I asked to get it removed because it was not staying and looked horrible. She removed them and "fixed" the nail but did not start over with said nail. So in short I have one nail on each hand with about 8 layers of uneven polish. It looks horrble and she made my fingers bleed.The nail tech who begged me to do gel told me $30 and then I was charged $35.I will not be returning.Services: Nail art

Do not go here!! They will ruin your nails! I went to get my dip color taken off (I called ahead so they knew that was all I wanted) and they got visibly annoyed with me that I didn’t want a full manicure. The tech only put the acetone on for maybe 5 minutes, much less than is required, and then rather than scraping it off safely she proceeded to use the nail drill to file it off while my nails were still wet and soft from the acetone. Prior to getting the dip put on I had strong virgin nails, they are now paper thin and ruined, the entire surface of each is scratched up and she drilled almost to the skin in multiple places, to the point that I was in pain. She also cut one of my nails after I had told her I wanted to keep the length, I think to try to force me into getting the manicure. Not that it mattered because I had to cut them all when I got home because they had already started breaking off. Also they do not warn customers that they are cash only, so if you bring a card you have to use their sketchy ATM. Do not go here unless you want to be treated terribly and have your nails break for the next 3-6 months until they grow back out completely.

I really dislike getting my nails done, but I'm getting married & forced myself to go here, because it's close to my house and they always have openings. This time I paid $15 more than usual ($100 total) for a sloppy manicure & average pedi that I only found out was supposed to be "deluxe" when it was time to pay. Complete waste of time and money. Next time, despite the convenience, I will 100% be going somewhere else.
