On average took about 3 hours for an oil change, stopped going when I got my windshield wipers fixed and a few days after I got the car back they popped out of place and stopped working during a rain storm. Called and was told I need to wait till the next week to have them fix it again and that they would only charge me 600 more to complete the job but made it sound like that because I wasnt being for labor I was getting a deal. I ended up puting the motor back together myself and haven't dealt with them since.

If I had to break down, I’m glad I at least got Lincoln as my tow truck driver! He was the only one who would pick up a long distance tow from Boston, and he did it with a smile and great conversation the whole way! Highly recommend!!

Thanks to Lincoln we made it home to Warrensburg, NY from Williamstown, MA safe and sound with our Prius on the flatbed. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and took the appropriate routes to get us to our destination without any delays. He was very professional and had a great attitude. It was a pleasure riding with him, and you are lucky to have him as a responsible employee.

We had to call AAA for a tow before leaving for vacation. AAA told us the wait would be about 3 hours. Lincoln showed up a couple hours early, was pleasant, friendly and so helpful. Even helped us get the truck into neutral on the phone so we could get it moved. Excellent experience

I called AAA today to have someone come and replace a flat tire on my Civic. Lincoln showed up in my driveway about 15 minutes after my call and changed the tire in about 10 minutes time. He was great- friendly, competent and wonderful positive attitude. He is my idea of a great employee!

Picked up a truck in mass and brought it to them I had a frozen caliper and they fixed it on the spot and saw we where out of state and totally did the right thing no gauging fast honest great shop 1000 percent they are great

I got a flat tire outside of Greenfield Center just off the Mohawk Trail and the driver Lincoln Allis got to my location within fifteen minutes of making the call. The service was quick and efficient, Lincoln even advised me where to get my tire replaced. Thank you!

Through AAA I was sent Lincoln for a tow of my car. Lincoln was polite and careful. He towed the car to my mechanic who was close to 90 miles away and did so cheerfully. Very helpful!

I am an ASE Master Tech, European repair,business owning , Mass State inspector of 40 yesrs. I have never had such a pleasant tow experience as with Lincoln Allis .A young, intelligent ,polite efficient worker who made sure I was comfortable for the 2 hour ride to my home in Lexington from Western Massachusetts. He's going places. Thank you all for taking such good care of me on a rainy Saturday night. I limited to 5 stars. ?
