My hair loves the Aveda products here. Peter knows color, cuts and blow outs!!! Once I tried these products on my hair, it has been difficult to deviate!

I had a hard time finding someone in Franklin county who wasn’t afraid to cut lots of layers into my long curly hair until I found a Peter at the Hairloft. We actually first met after another stylist had butchered my hair into an upside down staircase. Peter fixed it for free and I’ve been happy with his cuts ever since.

I have followed Ashley's career since she worked at the RMP down close to Silver Street off of Federal Street. I went to her for the first time yesterday at her new place which is The Hair Loft. So as always, she did a GREAT job on my hair. So since it's been growing for a year it needed a lot of work and she worked a miracle as she always does.

All my questions were answered respectfully and with clearly a deep knowledge! This is a great spot to get your hair cut, the price was very reasonable and the results are great! So happy with my cut :D

While getting a haircut here for the first time, the stylist (who is also the proprietor from my understanding) forwent introductions and addressed me by a random, incorrect name for the entire duration of the cut. I found the end result of the haircut to be displeasing, which is likely in part to a lack of communication caused by such miscommunication; I thought he was addressing someone else when he was using the incorrect name, but, as the casual apology I received as I was leaving would indicate, I was evidently the one being spoken to. A somewhat pricy experience for it to be so insulting and uncomfortable.The woman at the front desk who also washed my hair was kind and pleasant.Service: Haircut
