Edit: Unprofessional practices. Beware- do not pay by check! I wrote a check Jan 6th which did not get deposited until July 14th.I have since left the practice.Convenient location. Can't go inside. Great receptionist- but miss the old vet. If you pay by check they will sometimes hold it for months.

I made an appointment for my dog to receive her Rabies, Kennel Cough, and Distemper shots. My dog has extreme anxiety, and is terrified of the place. They agreed that I could pay, and they would come out to my car and give my dog her shots.My dog had a complete physical less than 2 weeks ago at the south Deerfield clinic. She had been hit by a car. The South Deerfield veterinary hospital did a complete physical on her and said she was healthy. This included complete labs and an ultrasound.I couldn’t make the appointment, so my wife brought the dog. Once there, they refused to give the dog the shots without a complete physical. Despite my wife informing them of the South Deerfield visit, they insisted. They also drew blood, etc., and charged for labs the dog ALREADY HAD less than 2 weeks earlier.I hope they needed the $400.00 more than our family does. I wish I could give a lower rating. This is why people bring their pets to Tractor Supply, Petco, and other places for vaccine clinics.

My sincerest apologies to the staff, clientele and patients, of Greenfield Vet Clinic. I misunderstood a message that I received from Cindy, the owner, and wrote an angry review that just wasn't fair once Cindy explained the meaning of her phone message to me.Please, know that you're animal will receive very good care here. I for one, am keeping my cat here. Just know, that sometimes it may take a day or two to get a call back, but they will call. Being down a Veterinarian and having a National shortage of Veterinarians, means that some things just move a little slower.Again, my sincerest apologies.

They were a good vet when they first opened. Now the woman is all about money and tries to charge top dollar for doing next to nothing. She's rude and has a fake attitude. She tries to push you into paying for tests and procedures that are not needed. You won't walk outta there without paying more than 300 dollars

$$$ no fee schedule available and the minimum seems to be $50, just for someone to say a rash had cleared up, which we could see for ourselves. The earlier visit we understand was for an infection that had become an emergency plus some scheduled shots. $400+ that time.Today for the follow-up we waited while others who arrived later were served. Expensive and we don't even get to go inside.

My dog boots has been going to see dr. McCutchen for 7 years now. I really like her alot. She really listens and takes the time to explain if I have any questions or concerns. I just want to thank her for such a great job. And the staff are so great they really go out of there way to make sure boots feels safe and comfortable. And they all really go out of there way to make me feel at ease and I thank you for that.

They say they don't allow pet owners in with their pets due to Covid protocols, even though everything else in the state has opened. Pets get stressed without their owners there, making them harder to work on. Our cat had to be shaved in order to have blood work done because he had a hard time relaxing without us there. His nail was cut too short, drawing blood and making him even more uncomfortable and anxious than he already was being there alone. Absolutely baffling and irrational decision on their part.
