For too many months I had been discouraged by dealership markups and unwanted options. I was giving up hope of finding the truck I wanted at a reasonable price. One evening while away on vacation and browsing online, I saw the build I wanted and thought I'd give it one last shot. Tim Sullivan took my call, and the rest is history.After Tim and I quickly agreed on a price (a feat in itself), Tim proceeded to guide me through the most pain-free car-buying experience I've ever had - a process that included a remote purchase, paperwork/payment by mail, out-of-state registration, vehicle storage for three weeks and out-of-state home delivery when I returned from vacation. Tim managed the entire effort flawlessly while staying in constant communication with me. Thank you, Tim - well done! A quick shout-out also to the other folks at Ford of Greenfield who contributed to making this deal possible and even enjoyable.I highly recommend Tim Sullivan and Ford of Greenfield to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, honest, hassle-free shopping experience.

My husband and I went in to look at a 2018 Ford Expedition platinum we saw online. A new and awesome sales rep Craig (5stars for Craig) showed us the truck and we took it for a test drive. Craig was great. No issues with him at all. He was patient, knowledgeable and receptive to our concerns. The truck was nice, but upon the test drive, my husband and I noticed what seemed like there could be an issue with the break or transmission, something was lagging and affecting the performance of the drive. When we got back Craig brought out Roman to address our concerns. Roman seemed to have a relatively high position in the dealership and an inflated ego to go with It.He mentioned that there was nothing wrong with the truck, that it was his friend's truck who brought it in for an upgraded trade. As if him telling us the car was his friend's was assurance enough that nothing was wrong with it. He did print out the service paperwork on the car to show us the work that had been done, but there was nothing that addressed transmission or break. My husband was a mechanical engineer in a past career (he did not disclose this, no need to) and told Roman he was pretty certain that he could tell there is something wrong with the breaks and or transmission just by the test drive.Instead of Roman to offer some type of validation, or to say, we can run a diagnostic to ease your concerns, he completely dismissed us, said nothing was wrong and was rude and disrespectful, as if our business wasn't wanted there. I don't know about anyone else, but one thing I will not do is solicit business or spend my hard earned money in a place that thinks it's ok to be crude in customer service. It also didn't sit well with me, that they were unwilling to address our concerns about the trucks performance at all. We currently drive a 2015 Limited Expedition with over 300,000, yes that's right, miles on it that we've taken cross country and back for family road trips. Our car drove much better than the 2018 expedition we test drove. Needless to say, Greenfield Ford lost our business because Roman does not see the value in the fundamental rules of customer service and simple decency. Treat EVERYONE with respect! Had he simply addressed and validated our concerns, the outcome could have been different. Oh well, there are many other dealers out there. We will take our business and hard earned money where we feel appreciated, and where people are honest.

I couldn't have had a smoother car buying experience! Both Dan Underwood and Roman were extremely helpful. I came in to look at a Rav4 and was quickly shown a car that fit exactly what I was looking for. Roman walked me through some details of the specific car and I went on a test drive. Both Dan and Roman answered any questions I had after the test drive and neither pushed a sale on me. Once I was satisfied with all the information I had, I wanted some time to think and left without feeling pressured to buy the car immediately. I later came back and purchased the Rav4 and am so happy with both the state of the car and the experience I had while buying it.

Don’t recommend servicing your vehicle here. I’ve brought my car in on multiple occasions and have brought issues to their attention that have been ignored causing me more problems in the long run.They had agreed to fix my car under warranty and after having it towed to the shop called and said they were no longer covering it and on top of it all, did not offer me a rental car and weren’t even able to give me an estimated time frame on how long it would take. You’re better off bringing it to a local mechanic.

Five stars for Greenfield Ford, Greenfield, MA.!!! Erica in the Service Dept. was so kind and helpful! Their Service Dept. actually answers their phones, and your questions! Their mechanic did a great job with our Ford Focus, and did not overcharge us! The team that dropped our car off for us after the repair service was completed was wonderful! Hurray for car dealerships that truly care about customer service! Remember the old days when car dealerships did everything they could to help you? Greenfield Ford does exactly that! We have two older Ford cars, that are definitely lasting a long time because of Greenfield Ford! Many thanks!

My overall experience was amazing. I found a car that had exactly what I was looking for with extremely low mileage and a great price. This was all thanks to Greg Corcoran.I cannot stress enough how amazing and down to earth I believe he is. When it came to making sure my loans and insurance was aligned, I found myself slightly frustrated when things fell through but Greg had the best connections and help me close on this car with no issues.Thanks for everything Greg!

I WILL NEVER go back here! They are super rude ( especially if you are a female) and unhelpful. The service department is horrible wouldn't listen to what I said was wrong gave me the run around didn't fix the actual problem so it kept happening than would not schedule me an appointment to come back in to rediagnose the real problem Also the manager never returned any of my phone calls. I now go to a different FORD dealership and have absolutely no issues!Update: Ford of Greenfield lied in their reply to me on this. Kind of hard not to be in their system when I have paperwork from the first time I went there and had a horrible experience! ? ( less than a year ago). Also I had left messages for the service manager and was never called back or reached out to. Also I find it funny that a "female" manager replied to my post when I was given a males name and info for the service manager...Also the issue wirh my vehicle is a known issue with this particular year and model but they wouldn't look into it.

I have never had a "stress-free" car shopping experience until now. I hated pushy sales associates and have walked away from buying a car because of how they treated me. I was so lucky that Tim Sullivan was the one helping me out this time. He was patient and quickly found the car I wanted. He followed up with me and gave me updates on the car as it was being assembled. Tim is by far the best car sales associate I have ever encountered in my life! I will not hesitate to go back to Tim for my next car!

This was a bad experience and I’d like to be in touch with Ford. My car had a faulty repair - the charger port door replacement installed by the shop fell off. Insult to injury, my car suffered body damage while in the shop. I was told the dents that occurred while undergoing repair would be fixed by the shop’s auto body person. Instead, all it got was unblended touch up paint applied over an surface that remained dented and that was unclean, resulting in poor paint adhesion. When I mentioned it, they tried again, and all I got the same result. This took months and the car retains its dents. They’re not major, but have some integrity. Return things as good or better than when they came in if that’s what you said you would do. It’s difficult to trust Greenfield Ford Service. Go to Northampton or buy another brand.

Great customer service the processes they have in place are amazing from a complete walk around my vehicle with me when I drove in they even checked all my exterior lights and my washer/wiper system! The attention to detail was outstanding with updating all of my customer information to keeping me updated throughout the day and they brought the vehicle back to my place of work so I wouldn't be inconvenienced and took credit card payment over the phone. A+ Service
