I brought my 06 impala ss in for a problem with a tire monitor and was told they were able reset monitor and set all tires to proper inflation . From making appt to dropping off to pickup was spot on ,thanks Matt and McGovern Chevrolet.

Shop had my car after an accident. They gave me a rental that was comfortable and good on gas. My car came back pristine inside and out, better than before the accident. Great service.

Great experience, Nicholas Kaham was great. He could see me as I was walking into the lot and was already at the front door holding it open to welcome me in. He was very pleasant to deal with not pushy very respectful and hospitable almost like I was a house guest or family member not a customer which was nice. He made the whole process painless and super easy while being super friendly and encouraging at the same time. He does a great job at making you feel like a valued person and not just a commission check. Thanks again Nick appreciate you and the team for having me in and out with my brand new truck in couple hours. Definitely recommend buying from McGovern Chevrolet

The best dealership I’ve ever been to. Josh was amazing. I’ve been in the market for a Toyota 4Runner- with very specific asks and needs. I had a terrible experience at the Herb Chambers Toyota Dealership in Auburn. McGovern Chevrolet of Greenfield blew them out of the water in comparison. Josh was extremely pleasant to deal with, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. He made sure that I had everything I needed and got a deal that was right for me. He was personable and a perfect person to work in sales. He also kept me updated constantly which I appreciated. Javad- the finance manager was also very friendly and made that side of the process very painless. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
