“Our family has been a member for the past number of years. Just Roots cares about people as well as the food they grow and it shows in both big and small ways. They impeccably clean and prep the share each week so you don't have to. In other CSAs we were members of we needed to wash and clean the produce once we got home. Not here, they take the time to present the veggies nearly ready to eat. Each week they make a dish for sampling from the veggies available and share the recipe. If you pick up at the farm there's always something available to pick yourself in the fields beyond what's being offered in the barn. It's like a CSA+. Inclusive, friendly and consistently helpful staff that show they care in what they do and how they interact with each other and the CSA members. It doesn't get better than this.”

“The salvation army crew have helped a lot of people over the years including myself which I'm entirely grateful I would just have them add a washer dryer so people could wash the clothes that have no money to wash their clothes at the laundromat when they need to.. aside from that you guys are doing a great job may God bless you with strength and wisdom and endurance keep up the great work thank you”

“Today our son was at school for an hour when his energy was all used up, he entered into an autism meltdown which today put him in a suicidal frame of mind. School staff reminded our son that doing deep pressure therapy (dpt) with his dog can help. He got down on the floor into a dpt position and started to reground. He is unable to finish the day at school but will be going home and continue to be supported. Knowing that our son responded to the staff reminder and had his dog be there able to help him start to heal in a matter of moments vs what would take us, his parents, hours to accomplish is such a blessing. This service dog is literally saving our son's life.”
