Got a new agent who needed more guidance and neither he or I were supported by this company. I was their client and when I sought assistance I was treated as the enemy. Distraught, I spoke to the owner/head of company(he comes from a commercial real estate background) and within 3 minutes he called me a liar despite my sending proof/documentation. He has no comprehension of customer service. Phone call ended with him offering me their attorneys info. I had to pay them 6% to be treated like garbage. Two stars because they sold my house but in this market I could have sold with a cardboard sign in front yard. You've been warned. Good luck.

Got a brand new agent who’s inexperience was a problem and the company did not support him or I in the process. When I the seller/client emailed and spoke to the head of the company (he comes from commercial background) he had almost no customer service skills whatsoever. After 3 minutes on the phone and sending him documentation he called me a “liar”. At the end of our conversation he offered to refer me to their attorney. I paid 6% to be treated like this?! Two stars are due to the house selling, but in this market how could they not sell it?

Selling your own house in normal times can be tough enough; but selling a relative's house for them, when you don't live nearby, in a pandemic era, is extra challenging. Judy Larson at Cohn & Company went above and beyond as my seller's agent to get it done. On top of the "normal" Realtor duties, she had to coordinate visits of contractors, town inspectors, and others--since I couldn't be there to do it--and run errands to pick up and drop off various paperwork. Her local relationships with contractors and inspectors, her professionalism and attention to detail were all lifesavers. Highly recommended!

Jackie Krzykowski was my agent when buying my first home. From start to finish she made the experience fantastic! She was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and pleasurable. She drove all over western mass to show me houses at a moments notice and held my hand through every part of the process. I searched for the right home for 3 years and only a few months after switching to Jackie, I am sitting in my new kitchen! I highly recommend her for any homebuyer looking for the best!
