Needed a new car battery, and they even replaced it for me at no extra cost. Friendly and informative service, and I was as in and out in 20 mins. Some car mechanics can be condescending, but the guy who helped me was not only kind but walked me through how to do the work myself in the future.

I walked in with a blown headlamp and walked out with a working bulb, a smile, and the knowledge of how to replace a bulb in my car. The employees who helped me were kind, patient, and took the time to teach me a useful skill so next time, I can do it myself. Best customer service I’ve experienced at an auto shop.

Place is a joke! Paid $200 for battery online. Delivered damaged. Call and was told to bring in for full refund. Brought it in and guy wants to give me $130. Take a dam hike! Last time I will buy anything here. Shop autozone and c.a.p and save yourself the hassle!
