Fran from McGovern Jeep in Greenfield has been simply awesome to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help me get a good deal and navigate the car-buying process. I live far from the dealership, so she even offered to have my new car delivered to me once all the paperwork, plates, etc were all taken care of. I am very grateful for her help and highly recommend that others work with her in the car buying process!

Had a great experience with the purchase of my 2022 Jeep Cherokee with Yuri! Found the vehicle on McGovern’s extensive website. They shipped the vehicle to Greenfield and the process was seemless. Very professional and I’ll definitely be back when it comes time to purchase again. I’ve also have had my Jeeps serviced many times with McGovern and the guys there are top notch as well!

Mcgovern Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge in Greenfield,MA has a wide selection of all vehicles they represent, their prices are more than competative, given that my wife and I went to at least 8-9 different manufacturer sites. Having driven a Jeep Cherokee Limited for the past 9 years, we returned to the Mcgovern dealer in Greenfield. Our experience was more than adequate. Yuri T. was very polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I could and would recommend this dealershile above all others both to family, friends Veterans and the general public.
Additionally having had my 2015 Jeep for 9 years I can also say that their service department is very good. ; ps: The dealership was under previous ownership when I bought my 1st Jeep, but stayed with Mcgovern for all my service needs.

I brought my car there with my extended warranty that cover the prepare need to my car and refused to cover my warranty and want to charge me over 700 to tell me that my starter was going and they knew that the warranty would cover it and change me anyway.i.wouod not buy or bring a car there ever again.

Nothing but professionalism here. My salesman was Yuri and he was very personable, and knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. Drama free experience and I will definitely be back! Great team of people over there that made it worth the 1.5 hour drive.

I drove from Maine to purchase a used vehicle from McGovern Jeep. Since I was so far away, their salesperson Francesca provided me with a detailed walk around video of the vehicle prior to my trip out. The vehicle was even cleaner in person and the sales process was smooth and easy. They even delivered the vehicle to Maine!
