I just want to give a huge shout out to the tire department they went above and beyond they were understaffed to begin with but they did an exceptional job the nice woman who installed them and they were not easy either and the manager went above and beyond they actually gave me money back because it took little longer than expected on top of the tires were already a great deal this is by far the best BJ's ive been to

We ordered a TCL tv on line for my sons birthday which they stocked in greenfield we went to pick it up today and they gave us a used tv without a box they insisted it was there last one and it was a display unit that was probably on 7 days a week at there store which we explained to them is used and we wanted a new tv in a box well they said they were out well we walked over a took a picture of 5 new TCL tvs on the shelf which we will leave on this review they said those were different but they did not look different. They made no effort to try and fix there mistake they kept trying to push off there used tv. Customer service really sucks at bjs and there acting manager or maybe she is the manager should learn about customer service and not pawning off used items as new

I’ve been coming since I got a reduced price membership. Well, I gotta say although its early but my experience is pretty mixed. Some items I would expect aren’t there, others aren’t less than others places, and some aren’t the quality of Costco or even Sam’s. And the employees- a couple have been excellent- others not so much. I had hopes - there are two along routes Id be driving regularly if not my hometown, and they do compete well in some areas. I just was expecting better. Wholesale clubs are suppose to beat on price and quality, right?

Comparing the prices between this and other cheap grocery stores, you will definitely save money with a membership here. Especially on snacking foods, food staples, cereals, lunch foods, canned foods, and teas, you can save up to $15 per item compared to Hannafords and Market Basket - I did the math.It does come in bulk, so you'll need storage space in your pantry.Not much selection by way of dietary alternatives, although the gluten-free flour is cheap. Mostly just standard typical American basics from mainstream brands.Glad I got a membership, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to feed a family! Also the best place to go if you're trying to build up an emergency food supply. You'll make up for the cost of membership in about 2 shopping trips at the most!

i went to bj on march 12 went to service dept to see if my card was valid,it was automaticly renewed i told the clerk i get a veterns discount as a spouse, he said your not the veteran.i have an in id card i told him that i managed the home front while he was deployed no one knew what the discount was so a lady said 40.00they gave me 15.00 back just what is the policy should tell your employes an insulted member

Customer Service started helping an employee in the middle of returning an item for me, even though there was a free Customer Service rep available. No one said anything to me; they just left me standing there and then seemed to get annoyed when I asked them to repeat something cause I didn't know who he was talking to. A little petty I admit but you are the face of the company, all I got was a 'yup' to my thanks, and no response to my 'have a good one' -guess I'll just fk myself

Have to say I love this location! Today Heather was amazing. Ran into her four or five times while I was shopping, and each time she could tell I was looking for some thing and I couldn’t see it. Her personality and her knowledge of the store are phenomenal. If you have a choice I highly suggest you try this location.
