Solid community bike shop! Immediately warm and super helpful. Figured out what parts I needed to fix up my old bike, gave me some quick tips, and welcomed me back to bike life. I'm looking forward to coming back again and again!

I’ve lived in Franklin County for 3 years and I’ve availed myself of BW annual tune-ups & periodic service on my 25 year old GT Outpost. They’ve been terrific. Ethan has performed service most of the time. He’s great. I heartily recommend them!;
