Megan Hale is the best! I always leave my appointments feeling like a million dollars. She does such an amazing job on my lashes. She’s professional, and so fun to talk to during my appointments. She is also super knowledgeable and always has the answers to my questions related to lash care, style of lashes and how to keep my natural lashes nice and healthy to support my extensions. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to up their beauty game!

I am qbsolutely blown away by the incredible skill of the stylists who work there! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they blew it out of the park. I will definitely be a regular client now! I'm so happy with Carlies work! One more thing that I really liked, was when I walked through the door to check this place out everyone was super friendly and genuine.

Megan is incredibly rude. My wife had an appointment with her but Megan had to cancel on her due to covid exposure. My wife is unable to reschedule because our baby is due in less than a week, so she requested a refund because the cancelation came from the salon, not from her. Megan rudely refused this reasonable request citing their poorly advertised policy. My word of caution? Do not make an appointment at this establishment because they may cancel on you and charge you regardless.

I just moved to the area, and with short hair I need to go for a cut pretty frequently. I have trouble feeling really settled in a place until I've found my salon. I went to get my hair cut by Michaela earlier today, and she was so nice, and so easy to talk to, which is something I have a lot of trouble with usually. I've definitely found my new salon, and I'm so grateful to her for helping me feel more settled. Thanks, Michaela!

Now called Salon Vivid on Federal Street. Still has the great staff and nice, relaxing, atmosphere. Price is right at this place. Tracy does an excellent job!

Took my 12 y.o son to get a cut, and was so impressed with Priscilla! She was so knowledgeable about hair styles and was great with my son! This is his new favorite hairdresser, and hes very particular! Everyone there was very welcoming and alot of fun!
