This company had been great for years and I had no complaints. After COVID with the Great Resignation it's been a steady decline in dependable service. When I needed a new furnace I had to call and wait several months. I finally called the sales manager and asked if they wanted my business, he assured me they would be right out. The customer service is now awful, and when I tried to discuss my last conversation, with a representative the new woman accused me of lying. There are many choices for reliable and dependable oil companies, Sandri energy is no longer one of them, and I strongly consider people to explore those options.

I cannot say anything bad about these guys. I called first thing in the morning and had someone come out and take a look at my furnace since it wasn't working. After a couple of attempts i got my heat back on. Shout out to Jonas for coming back to make sure my kids and i have heat. Thank you

One of their employees passed me in one of their company vans in the middle of Charlemont, MA in a no passing zone, double lane in front of a school. I reported it to the Company with no respone. Very unsafe employees.

Sandri took my Generac Generator from my home about 4 months ago and have yet to done anything to repair it. After about 5 calls they never call me back to let me know what is going on. On top of that, they have been charging me for labor on a unit that has a warranty; the manufacturer just informed me they cover the labor costs. Avoid Sandri at all costs! Google should offer a “no” star option because 1 star is more than they deserve.

Be aware, something they don't tell you before hand is their minimum service call fee is $145, regardless of how long it takes. Mine took 15 minutes and still cost $145.Response to owner: The technician did correct the problem. The air adjustment actually took less than 2 minutes as I'd already told him what the problem was. I had expected the Reason for the combustion air setting to have gone out of adjustment to be diagnosed to prevent future occurrences, but it wasn't because "that just happens sometimes". Longest part of the visit was going back out to his truck to get his meter to confirm combustion efficiency at my request.

We have had trouble with the high-efficiency gas burner Sandri installed. Even though we have a service contract, we were charged $450 for a service call that did NOT fix the burner, and then were told we needed a $700 part (plus installation labor) to MAYBE fix the burner. When we balked at that, we were told that the burner was too old and that we should replace the burner. I am having Sandri and another company quote a replacement cost, but am inclined to drop Sandri altogether for their poor and expensive service.

We had our furnace serviced today by Jonas. The work was quick, efficient and informative. Jonas is extremely skilled, pleasant to talk with and very well informed. Note to: Sandri Energy. You need to keep him as one of your quality (hard to find & keep) senior techs. Compensate him well. He is a credit to his trade and serves Sandri Energy's interests well. He is welcome to service our systems in the future. Thank You Jonas.

My central air broke down during the recent heat wave. I called Sandri. They sent over Rick Bukowski. He was friendly, respectful and very professional. He has great communication skills and explained everything he did. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. My house is comfortably cool again. I also use Sandri for my oil delivery and for plumbing problems. I highly recommend them.

I had Rick Bukowski clean my furnace. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and updated me on the status of my furnace. I highly recommend Sandri for service and appreciate having a person like Rick enter my home.

Awful company. Charged me for a warranty repair that they already failed to repair once. Then they tell me after the fact that I should have just asked to speak with a tech and fixed it myself. Great. $16,000.00 and I have to fix it myself (even though it's still under warranty). Won't ever use these thieves again and suggest you don't either.

This is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. If I wasn't renting this property I'd be switching fuel companies immediately. The ladies in the office are rude on the phone. They've just overcharged me by $150 for my last delivery and have no explanation for some of the charges. Beyond frustrated with this company. Every single time I call them there is some new issue or frustration that results from the contact.** Reply to owner **You are incorrect. I was overcharged $150 IN ADDITION to the $150 i paid for emergency delivery.
