My go-to store for clothes that last for years. Lisa, the owner is very friendly and always very helpful, especially if you're dressing for a special occasion and need suggestions.

Lovely store! Lisa, the owner/curator, has great taste and offers excellent guidance on selecting and trying on items from her high-end collection of independent, couture and comfy-chic brands. We had a very “fruitful” experience here - highly recommend.PS - and we appreciated the store’s mask policy in this ONGOING pandemic.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in recent memory at this highly over-rated and over-priced boutique. The salesperson was rude, dismissive, and disinclined to help with an exchange that did not meet the store's (very unreasonable and poorly communicated) return policy ( store credit if you return an item within 7 days, otherwise tough luck!). Long story short, the issue was ultimately resolved in my favor but only because I was a squeaky wheel and insisted that the owner be contacted. Shopping should be a pleasure, not a battle, and stores that don't understand this don't deserve my business, or yours!

We entered Twigs GB this afternoon to shop. My physically disabled husband has a highly-trained and beautifully-behaved Great Dane service dog in place of a wheelchair. The woman behind the counter told my husband, as she shriveled her nose in disgust, "I'm going to need you to confine the dog to a small area." She then REPEATED her request, even after being told that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (federal law), the dog can go everywhere except food prep areas and operating rooms. My husband asked her, "Would you tell a person in a wheelchair to stay confined to a corner?" As she stammered and said, "I hope I didn't offend," we left. She did offend. Her comments were a slap in the face to millions of disabled people who rely on service dogs to try to live somewhat normal lives. She did a fine job of marginalizing my disabled veteran husband. We took our business elsewhere.
