I love Tom's Toys, but one of your employees needs to be retrained! You would think an adult staff member would know how to behave better than a teenage staff member. To my surprise, Lucy was great, but the older woman she was working with was not.

Great selection of unique and high-quality toys for kids under 12. Prices are somewhat inflated but to be expected for a tourist destination.

Like a lot of the shops down town, Tom's Toys is amazing. My son had a lot of fun walking around and checking everything thing out. The prices are the same as most stores I go to, which I was very happy about because my son loves toys.

We loved this place, but no one loved it more than my son that day. He's obsessed with his letter train we got him from here. Good quality stuff and just a cute shop. I'd definitely come back here if in the area. This has been one of my favorite toy stores we've gone into or I should just call it my favorite because we haven't gone to anything better lol. I wish we had a place like this by us, then again it's probably better we don't because we might go broke :)

Greeting by sales woman was to ask if I had my mask, which is not a mandate, but actually a directive. Selection wasn't great and while I try to support local businesses, most items were very overpriced. Perhaps if the sales people or whomever was there today had been polite and welcoming, I may have bought more than a couple stocking stuffers.

Come on guys, this is a great toy store! The selection excites even your (the parent's) imagination, (and, if they don't have it, they try to get it), personalized help (they - people - call you back with answers to your requests and they follow up on orders). Plus, it gets better every year.

That store that all the people that help you care and really want everyone to truly enjoy their store and what they bring home or receive as a gift. So do not hesitate to do all your shopping for puzzles and so much more at Tom's and yes they will provide free gift wrap so you don't have to and ship gifts too!! If you just don't want to settle on a specific item they have gift cards so the recepient can go on a shopping spree in the store, from home or by phone or online. *** We have been going to and ordering from Tom's Toys for close to two decades!!
