I'm only going to give it 4 stars as it's new website is highly dysfunctional. The movie selections are great and I'd love to return as soon as they can get their website up and running correctly so I can make sense of times and shows. I am writing this review so management can take note about the website issues so as to get people back into this beloved theater.

Triplex Cinema is closed. Someone is trying to purchase the building and run it as a nonprofit. They are selling paintings and accepting donations out front.

A nice small movie theater with a concessions stand. We went here for a screening of "20 days in mariupol" for the berkshire international film festival (biff) and had a great time. The seats were comfortable, and we had a good view of the screen. Bathrooms were clean. Would visit again if the parking situation were better. We drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a spot and ended up parking multiple streets over. Definitely plan to arrive early if you want to make it to your movie on time.

Very pleasant staff, helpful in answering questions and very clean and fresh smell, not musty like others. Like the way the theater is set up to watch screen. Only down fall is the cup holders on chairs to hold drinks. That just a minor discretion on my part since I am right handed. It's set up for left handed people. No biggie.

Have to have proof of vax! July 2022. So ridiculous

A very nice theater. However, the picture screen was lower than the seating. Very strange.

We’re seriously still requiring vaccination and operating at 50% capacity? Really? So before everyone gets there they go to dinner or coffee or any other establishment with no proof of vaccination and then after they leave they do the same thing and requiring vaccination at the movie theater is helping something? How ridiculous.

Proof of vaccine was required for a movie with less than 10 separate people viewing. NYC isn't even requiring that anymore. If there was anything else we could do we would have.

Our hometown theater is great. First run movies, quality indies, always a friendly staff through the years. Love to go there. A nice bonus: they post leading reviews up near the lobby exit which you can read before or after.

I've always gone to the triplex, i've never had a negative experience before. Tonight a friend and I were going to a movie that started at 7:40 we were running behind and got there at 8. We were surprised when the doors were locked as we've been late to movies before and never had any issues getting inside, and we really weren't that late. The three people working looked right at us talked to each other then did nothing. we figured maybe they didn't see us, we stood there and they definitely saw us and nothing. nobody came to the door or to tell us if they weren't allowed to let people in. I have no clue but i'm honestly upset that no one could have even told us what was going on. we just stood there for awhile and eventually left. disappointed tbh
