I love this place. I don't live in the area but every time I'm here, I make a trip into this magical little store. The bakery, and all its wonderful offerings, are to die for. The cheese department is out of this world and quite frankly, dangerous. I don't even try to control myself. I love wandering the aisles and just grabbing random, interesting items. There are wonderful local items in their freezer meat and dairy case; I've had some of the best raw scallops of my life from their fish department. Their prepared foods are high quality and they even have a great little kitchen supply store. Every person I've ever spoken to there is kind and helpful. If I ever move up here, this store will be one of the major reasons why. It's every food lovers dream.

Incredible service. Sam is immensely knowledgeable and super friendly. His help and recommendations were invaluable. Better shopping experience than I think I've ever had before. Will absolutely be coming back.

I recently shopped at Guido's, was disappointed to find they had no triple creme Brie cheese. The store employee offered up a local cheese, which was runny and salty. the butcher/meat selection continues to be awesome.

If I owned a grocery store, I'd want it to be like Guido's Fresh Marketplace. It's not cheap, but the quality is very good, which translates to value because what I place in my body is important. In addition, the employees are personable, caring and professional and make shopping here enjoyable.

I absolutely love Guido's. The experience of shopping at Guido's is enjoyable because you're surrounded by a well-curated selection of food. The fish I have had has been excellent, as has the produce. Some specific favorites are the house-made orange juice, the raisin bread pudding in the bakery section, the cheese (oh my god the cheese! ask about the one made from water buffalo milk), and the shrimp/avocado roll in the sushi section. You can pretty much guarantee that anything you buy from here will be delicious. So while yes, more expensive, I end up not wasting anything. Groceries from Guido's are on another level.

The Guido sandwich from the Pittsfield location is the OG and not for the faint hearted. I hope this store is still training because it's a good sandwich but not the same as Pittsfield - and for the price, not worth it.

Is there anything better than having the right superb tools for your kitchen work? The Chef shop has helped supply our 'intimaterestaurant for 2'. Impressive selection and every time I've needed help and advice they are 'there'. Love this shop!!

There is a decent selection here and the staff are friendly. Nothing outstanding but it is a nice place to shop. They have decent prices and the decor reminds me of Trader Joes. You can go here or the Big Y next door. They both seem to be about the same.

Visited their fully renovated place for the first time this week. Wow!! What a great place to browse, sometimes taste and have access to amazing variety. Yes, a bit pricy but a gem in the area

What a wonderful grocery store. The staff is so attentive and helpful, the produce has a good local selection and always looks fresh, and they have some great unique pantry items that I've never seen elsewhere

Fantastic market. I hadn't been through the area in 20 years and we were driving through and my wife saw the place. The produce was fresh, a huge cheese selection, great deli, meat and fish section. We tried the fall coffees and kombucha and were a happy bunch when we left. We're now planning trips to come through the are just for Guido's.

I love Guido's. I shop there at ;least once a week and will continue doing so. Their produce and other products are great and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I do have a complaint, however. When they stopped stocking Marketplace products, the quality of some offerings has declined. Specifically, the chicken salad made by Guido's is not nearly as good as the Marketplace chicken salad they used to carry. The meat in the chicken salad we recently bought (2 containers) was rubbery and the pieces were too big. I hope they will remedy this issue going forward. If it weren't for the loss of the Marketplace products, I'd give them 5 stars.

Great produce quality, a nice marker. I'm used to paying more for quality but would suggest the markups here can be extreme compared to the exact same products available next door.
