I go to get a very important prescription..and they tell everyone that there having computer problems..and can not give it to me...I recieved a call in the am saying it was done...the guy before me picked his up just fine

Holy fucking rude. I asked a simple question to some old lady working Monday night and I've never gotten such an attitude ridden response. Work on your customer service

Isn't it fun when you ask one employee for assistance and receive the wrong info? After getting a loyalty card in the last century, left it at home when in the store. The only solution after many failed attempts at finding me in the 'system' was to apply for a new card! Each employee seemed clueless yet friendly. No wonder I favor the other local supermarket.
